Wire bonding and lead impedance calculation in Blender FastHenry! I've improved how the simulation results are visualised, the entire objects now gets overlaid with a colour rather than using bound boxes. Red is for showing the self-inductance of a selected objected, yellow for mutually coupled objects and blue for conductive plane objects.
