No way to tell who's CCP's agent, who's not. Whatever they believe in, they'll obey CCP's orders. Many of them have returned to China after advanced trainings in critical high techs only to serve CCP. Don't transfer our know hows to those from an enemy state who has clearly been waging unrestricted warfare against us for decades. Better safe than sorry!
