Crazy underrated exercise for bigger and thicker back Can’t imagine not consistently using bent over barbell rows if a primary goal is hypertrophy

It's truly an inferior exercise for the upper back. Your lower back will fail you before your upper back does. What you want is a chest supported row. Save the hip and lower back stuff for Deadlifts.

Sounds like you do them wrong

Nope

Doing this today. Usually just use cables for my back. 🔥

Under-used and underrated these days, maybe, where so many do machine rows or those overhyped single arm cable rows.

Can I achieve the same with this? Not enough equipment in my gym.

You seem to have different form that I have seen and do myself. What’s your thought process ? Looks more like how Arnold did the rows with a rounded back.

Yes I keep feet close to keep hips high and I relax lats at the bottom to get full tension at end ranges

Actually very well used. Tons of people use it frequently. I use this device. I know @homegymcoop its not optimal but it works.

some of my best gains were from bent over rows. I just wish I could find the motivation to do these more these days.

I can do this on cable, there´s no need to waste my time setting this up.

Yeah, these are fire!

ベントオーバーロウはとてもいい種目ですね あと背中はデットリフトやってれば十分な気がします

Would you still recommend very low reps on this?

Love some rows

What rep range do you usually stick to for these?

1-12 This is my system, 3 compound exercises a day. Any and all compounds can fit in any slot If I use it first 1-3 If I use it second 4-6 If I use it last 8-12
