I generated this AI ad for CORKCICLE in 30 mins with the new AI system my team and I are building. Insane 🤯 A creator would charge $300-$500 to make this for you. Our system did it for $10 worth of credits. Comment 'ads' below if you want me to DM you early access before we release it to public

I just built a Brand Operating System inside Claude Cowork 🤯 A connected system of files that every skill automatically reads from, so your hook writer, brief generator, and script writer all speak in your exact brand voice. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies tired of generic AI output that sounds like every other brand in their category. If you're opening a new Claude chat and re-explaining your brand, re-pasting your voice guidelines, and re-describing your customers every single time, a Brand OS fixes the entire loop: → Build 3 foundation files once per brand → Every skill you create reads from the Brand OS automatically → Hook writer pulls your voice + customer pain points → Brief generator pulls your positioning + angles → Script writer pulls the brief + brand DNA → Every output is calibrated to your brand on the first pass No re-briefing Claude on every chat. No editing for an hour to fix generic AI phrasing. No creative that sounds like it could belong to any brand. What you get in the playbook: → The exact Brand OS file structure I use → Templates for all 3 files you can fill in for any brand → The architecture that makes every Claude skill 10x sharper → The exact setup for agencies running a Brand OS per client For agencies: this is how you build a perfect, reusable knowledge base for every client on your roster. Set up the Brand OS once per client, and every campaign after that is already calibrated. I put together a full playbook with the file templates, the architecture, and the exact setup process so you can build your own Brand OS for your brand or your clients. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "OS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

little career update: I've spent the last couple months building something to help teams 100x their content. I'm calling it a creative OS: a set of workflows and skills to build a highly personalized AI content system for brands, allowing your team to create on-brand assets in-house so you never have to outsource your content again. This isn't an agency that is gonna keep you hostage with a $30k/mo retainer- I set you up with the secret sauce and train your team to use it so they can generate visuals like this for ad creative, social posts, launch videos, and more. I think the resounding notion is that AI content "still isn't good enough," but with proven workflows and reusable skills that do the heavy lifting on character generation, prompting, camera lens, lighting, etc. you can focus on creative direction and get amazing results to tell your product story. piloting this with 3 teams at a discounted rate in exchange for being able to use your content in a case study, dm me if interested🤍 *view on 1080p for the best experience :-) follow me on instagram if you want to learn how to make AI content, running it up from zero 🫡

Ecom brands are paying creators a $0.50 RPM to post AI UGC clips promoting their product This account has gotten millions of views from AI podcasts The thing is you can make so much more money by running the traffic to your affiliate link and you can almost automate the entire process with MakeUGC + Claude Scripting is 70% of the AI UGC process if you don't have a good script it doesn't matter how good your AI videos are and just telling claude "write me a script for this" will get you no where I put my entire process with how I pump out insane amounts of volume of AI UGC for affiliate products in a google doc including: >How to build a customer research file for your copy using AI >How to make an automated scripting process that gives actual good copy using this file >How to make insane amounts of volume of AI UGC and push it across all platforms simultaneously if you want it RT + comment "aff" and ill send it to you (must be following so I can DM)

My whole company runs on skills I bundled into a GitHub repo. Here's how to build the same thing for your team: - Put your skills in a GitHub repo - Get Claude to write the couple of JSON files that make it readable as a plugin - In Claude Code, type /plugin, go to marketplaces, add marketplace, paste your repo URL - Split the plugins by department, so your copywriter isn't installing the finance skills It works in Codex too. I've got the same team skills installed there and I use them the same way. Now when I build something like my Notion formatting skill, I add it to the repo and it lands on everyone's Claude and Codex. If someone wrecks a skill, we roll it back to an older version. The key is enabling auto-update, so when someone improves a skill everyone benefits. I don't have a clue how the JSON works. I got Claude to set the whole thing up for me. Start with one skill and before you know it your whole team will be AI pilled.

Claude Skills are a cheat code for DTC creative teams 🤯 One setup, reusable forever. Claude automatically follows your exact creative process — briefs, hooks, ad copy, research — without you explaining anything twice. Perfect for e-comm brands and agencies who are using Claude for creative work but wasting time re-explaining context every single conversation. Here's the problem: You open Claude: you paste in your brand guidelines, explain your brief format, write the copy, you close the chat. Next day, you do it all over again. Every conversation starts from zero. You're burning 20 minutes on setup before you even get to the actual work. Claude Skills fix this: → Write your creative process once as a Skill (a simple markdown file) → Claude reads it automatically whenever the task comes up → Skills compose — research triggers the research Skill, briefs trigger the brief Skill, copy triggers the copy Skill → All in one conversation, all building on each other → Share across your team so everyone gets the same quality output No re-explaining your brand voice. No pasting the same context every chat. No siloed projects that don't talk to each other. What's in the playbook: → The full architecture (how Skills trigger, chain, and compose) → 5 ready-to-use Skill templates built for DTC and agency creative teams → Step-by-step setup from zero to working Skills → How to write instructions that produce consistent output every time → The composability framework for running multi-step creative workflows in one conversation I put together the complete Claude Skills Playbook for DTC brands and creative agencies. Want it for free? >Like this post >Comment "SKILLS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

This is the AI ad creative workflow every agency and e-comm brand should be running right now 🤯 One AI character. Multiple products. Unlimited ad variations. All 100% consistent. If you're running paid ads and you don't have someone on your team creating these assets full-time, you're already behind. Here's what's possible now: → Create one hyper-realistic AI "creator" → Same face, same lighting, same setting → Swap in ANY product (water bottles, AirPods, gym bags, skincare) → Generate dozens of ad-ready images → Turn those images into hyper-realistic video ads → Build an entire asset library in a day No UGC creators. No product shoots. No waiting on deliverables. What you get: - Consistent character across every ad - Product shots that look professionally lit - Endless variations for testing - A full creative library without a single shoot - Realistic AI videos with consistent characters This is the new playbook for scaling ad creative. If you're an agency or e-comm brand, someone on your team should be doing this 8 hours a day. I'm sharing the exact workflow I used to create this. Want access? > Like this post > Comment "SCALE" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)
