Fix your pricing and rate limits first

I just cancelled my subscription. There is no way to understand what and when do I pay for. Tried to upgrade to Ultra 3 times it didn’t worked. Wrote to support they just send me a link to docs about rates where there is no prices. You can not keep your customers, fuck your todo lists. Really.

Please address the pricing and rate limit concerns first

First, fix your pricing and limits! Pro isn’t really “unlimited” — after 6-7 Claude 4 requests, it forces an upgrade. Even with a $90 cap, it keeps asking for more just hours after renewal. Be honest and update your pricing page.
