Some ideas sound good on paper only. When you find time, please stay far away from any business that involves washing chrome. This industry drains you. We are being exploited day after day by the Chinese, and there is no protection at all. The government doesn’t even step in to regulate prices or make sure miners can earn something meaningful from their hard work. Last year, I poured my whole life into this. I invested nearly US$25,000 machinery, a truck, operational costs everything. And after all that sacrifice, I haven’t recovered even a single cent. It’s painful. It feels like giving your all to something that only takes from you.

In Ag…… let’s be honest we know so very little, we just hope to capture a bit of knowledge each opportunity we get. We should learn from one another not cry about someone’s ideas because they are different then what you learned or were taught. History teaches us a lot, but it doesn’t mean you can’t move forward, it’s a constant cycle of learning. And no one learns without others! It’s a team game that we are all in together. The guy that says I can’t trust that guy as he sells that seed or that fertilizer or that foliar is going to see rough times. As learning is opening your eyes and ears to ideas, and adding them to your library full of knowledge from your own experiences. That’s how something improves. It’s not the same thing every year and it’s not changing everything all at once. It’s bringing ideas and practices together to make it all work and bridge the gap.

At about T-8 hours before Starship Flight 13’s third attempt to launch, what are the conditions out at the launch site? What does the weather look like? And, what is it like to be at the launch site and Starbase about 8 or so hours from a launch? Today I talk about all of this and provide some updates (narration & visuals) on the construction around the launch site too & why much of this is necessary. Oh, and a reminder too. If you have ever thought about coming out to Starbase and experience something you can literally not do anywhere else in the world (being at an active rocket launch site with a fully stacked rocket just hours before a launch all up close), then you need to plan on doing so sooner than later. These opportunities may not last forever, and indeed some restrictions continue to be added over time. Elon Musk explains how to get startup ideas When asked how he comes up with startup ideas, Elon responds: “I tend to think of things from a sort of physics standpoint… what’s the best way to accomplish something? And then pursue that. That’s also a good way to determine if something’s far from its optimum.” He gives rockets as an example: “You could reason by analogy and say the rocket is going to cost a certain amount because that’s what prior rockets have cost. Or you can say, well, what is a rocket made of? What are the material constituents? What do they weigh? What’s the cost per unit mass? And that sets the limit asymptotically for what a rocket can be. So if you can figure out some creative way to rearrange those elements into a rocket shape, then you can achieve a much better outcome.” He also thinks combining ideas from different industries is really helpful for innovation: “What have people discovered in one industry and can that be applied to other industries? Scott Galloway, if socialism doesn’t work, what does? Because what we have right now is plantation capitalism rooted in oligarchy and white supremacy. THIS IS AMERICA. Not Korea or Germany or the USSR. We’re supposed to benefit from the diversity of our cultures and ideas, where political and economic power is shared.
