That's not the Tyndall, that's just water acting as a lenses, the same way we used to set fire to things using a magnifying glass as kids.

At the LHC, this rare process of light-by-light scattering has been observed Hidden among millions of photons lighting up the detector, physicists were able to identify 26 distinct light-by-light scattering events This CMS graphic shows how they found them:

These long light wavelengths have a beneficial effect on mitochondria function and overall human health.
