This is what the “talent shortage” actually looks like. Foreign students and H-1B spouses sweating $1,800 premium processing fees and downloading case trackers just to get their OPT/H4/GC EADs so Americans can be displaced quicker. The entire cottage industry of EAD trackers, coupon codes and body-shop compliance apps only exists because Congress keeps the pipeline wide open. Protect the American worker - End it all.

Behind the scenes in tech recruiting, emails like this are everywhere. This staffing firm claims they have 220+ developers “on the bench.” Many listed as H-1B / OPT / H-4 EAD. Let’s think about that. Are we supposed to believe a small staffing company is: • Paying 220 tech salaries • While they sit with no client project • And none of the H-1B workers exceed the 60-day grace period if they aren’t actively employed? Because under Department of Labor rules, “benching” H-1B workers without pay is illegal. So what exactly does “on the bench” mean here? Or is this fraud hiding in plain sight? USCIS Harmeet K. Aiding them in abusing our Visa system “The H-1B housing crisis gets more insane the deeper you look into it. So according to the National Association of Realtors, for the year of 2025, Indian nationals spent $2.2 billion on houses in the United States. Now apparently the biggest misconception is that the H-1B program is temporary. It was created for temporary visa workers to come over to the US and maintain jobs and work and then eventually go back to where they came from. Well, now as many of you have become aware, the H-1B visa program is being used as a loophole to stay in America. But this isn't just something that you and I are aware of, because the banks are also aware of it, considering they're just giving away 30-year mortgage loans to these H-1B visa holders. Now, out of the 2.2 billion, 97% have lived in the United States, and 67% bought a home and made it their primary residence.
