Austin, TX (DEC.19.2025) Waymo may need to learn pecking order vs 80,000LB semi. Once again; driving across 3 lanes of traffic instead of turning into the nearest lane is extremely dangerous and illegal- To review- In Texas, when turning right, you must generally turn into the nearest available lane in your direction of travel, which is usually the rightmost lane, and avoid cutting across lanes during the turn; if you need a different lane, you must complete the turn first, then signal and merge safely, as turning across multiple lanes during the maneuver is illegal and dangerous. In fact, this is another example that we see regularly that is far more dangerous than passing by a school bus. #SunsetProject

Dormaahene, Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Dr. Agyemang Badu II, has cut sod for the construction of a cassava starch factory in Dormaa. The project, which he estimates will cost between $1.5 million and $2 million upon completion, is expected to create jobs for the local community. Forming multiple lanes at U-turns is really illogical because the vehicle's on the outer cut into the vehicle's in the inner while turning. They also cut into opposite side middle lane. Nobody wins, everybody gets stressed. Please form a single line and pass one at a time, it will be smooth and organized... A recurring frustration with FSD 14.3.3 It still doesn’t remember previous behavior on roads I drive every day. In both of these clips, the car unnecessarily jumps into the left lane (Hurry mode) despite clear reasons not to: • Video 1: The lane is ending and blocked by construction barrels. • Video 2: The left lane is becoming a left-turn only. In both cases, it had to force its way back into the right lane with traffic all around. Definitely not ideal.

This woman is using a bike lane as a walking lane as well. There is a car behind her trying to beat the traffic and driving in that lane. They are driving slowly behind her yelling at her to get out of the way and antagonizing her. She starts to record them because they are being reckless and have come close to hitting her and other cars. The car even cuts off the other cars as the lane is being blocked by a pole. I understand she’s mad because the car was where they weren’t supposed to be, however the bike lane is a bi-directional bike lane, it isn’t a bike lane on one side and a walking lane on the other. So who is wrong here, are they both wrong for using the bike lane when neither one is on a bike?

This truck driver was on the highway when the lane next to her was ending, she’s fed up with all of the irresponsible drivers that she knows is going to try to cut her off. Right on cue a woman and her son are driving on the shoulder of the road. St this point she’s not even in a lane anymore. The other driver still aggressively tries to cut her off to get into her lane, and ends up clipping the semi truck.the woman is irate and screams about how the truck driver hit her and how it’s the truck drivers fault. Having the whole thing on video is going to save her this time. But do you feel she intentionally caused the accident by not letting the other woman over, does she have an obligation to back off until the woman is in the lane?

Scalextric has today confirmed its involvement in the rollout of Guided Motorway Infrastructure across the UK. Vehicles will follow fixed lanes using underbody guides, with drivers controlling speed through throttle input. The aim is to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion and remove unnecessary lane changes. In the unlikely event of a “deslot”, trained motorway marshals will return vehicles safely to operation. Further updates to follow.

Where does the $60 million go for the Delta II? Now Delta II, I think, is $100 million or something, some crazy number. And Delta II is a relatively small rocket. If you go to one of the bigger rockets, it's anywhere from $200 to $400 million. Anyway, so I came to the conclusion that there wasn't really a good reason for rockets to be so expensive, and that they could be a lot less. Even in an expendable format, they could be less. And that if one could make them reusable, like airplanes, then the cost of rocketry would drop dramatically, the cost of space travel would drop dramatically. Because the cost of the fuel was maybe anywhere from 0.2% to 0.5% of the cost of the rocket. It's like a plane. How much is the cost of the fuel in the plane versus the plane itself? It's at least a two-order-of-magnitude difference. But nobody had really been able to make a reusable rocket work. This guy is using the left hand lane , which is open. There is a mile long backup and everyone is over in the right hand lane. He drives all the way up until he has to merge. Some people are saying what a jerk he is for not getting in line like everyone else, but a great many people are saying that the cars in the right lane merged into one lane too soon and that if they had used the left lane, instead of being a mile backup it would have been a half a mile backup. What’s your take? Do you think he was correct in using the left lane and merging up at the front or should he have merged right and got in line way in the back like everyone else?
