Then why do I get sleepy after eating dinner?

This is absurd. There are certainly some folks who struggle with nighttime eating causing acid reflux, but making claims like only furthers the idea that carbs are “bad”. Whole food sources rarely “spike” blood glucose.

Any thoughts on having a small fatty snack before bed? When I was working through some thyroid issues I would have a tsp of beef tallow with a sprinkle of salt before bed and it helped stabilize my broken sleep.

“The single worst thing.” Absolute nonsense. Definitely not “the best thing” but far from the worst thing.
