Elon Musk is warning about an “exponentially increasing risk” from artificial intelligence and calling on major tech competitors to test and peer-review one another’s security models. Speaking at the All-In Summit in Los Angeles, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO echoed growing concerns about AI safety. He’s urging leading AI... show more

Remember the millennium bug? 2000? Billions spent Was a scam Same with nuclear weapons Armageddon Didn’t happen Not a kill switch but what musk is forgetting is All AI needs mega power to function You just switch that off AI is dead 💀 Universe is watching #AI #AIS

Imagine that - cross industry auditing prior to governmental control? What a concept

Musk won't mention AI safe guards for his buddies in China Russia India Why? One reason safeguarding cost USA consumers money and Musk wants USA consumers to buy Chinese or Indian from his companies Elon isn't for US business or consumers

What happened the day all of the ai stopped working? What was that like a week ago ish?!

Not a bad idea but he’s all over the place on AI risk. Years ago he was one of the first to sound the AI Risk alarms. Then he went all into AI. Last week he said “doomer” concerns were a psyop only then back Anthopic’s pacing approach. Now he back to full blown warnings. I think the risk is real, but he should be consistent.

The Creator God (Elohim) created man; man created AI. Ultimately, then, the Lord Jesus Christ created both. I say we apply the Genesis Standard to AI and to every industry on this planet. Every individual and every industry must adhere to the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Problem solved.

We have no choice. We need to win 🥇

Why are technocratic billionaires all right wingers now? Because they are evil and want to take over the planet.

Imagine that cross industry auditing prior to government control .what a concept

This is one area where the AI industry should absolutely work together.if companies are building increasingly powerful models, why not have competitors try to break each other’s safety systems? What could go wrong by waiting?

Finally, a concern tied to action. At least @elonmusk ’s warning isn’t fearmongering slop. Peer-reviewed security sounds like the most productive use of tribal knowledge.

musk our guy

Is here traders

"AI is a Garbage In, Garbage Out type of system (GIGO) It cannot think or reason, and therefore cannot learn. So it's inherently incapable of doing what collectivists claim, they know that but they need to co-opt you to believe otherwise.

The entire washington-based Democrat Party with Joe Biden disrespected our entire country letting in 20 million illegal aliens. A couple of hundred people deciding what 350 million people have to go through. Unforgivable. Vote for that again?

The AI race can’t become a race to the bottom on safety. Test everything. Red-team everything. Peer-review everything. The stakes are simply too high.

Elon Musk Says We Have To Control AI As Soon As Possible Otherwise That's Day Not A Long Whenever AI Will Control Us & Elon Warnes Before The AI's Strom Coming Intensively To Controll Humen Capabilities.

What are the dangers besides mass surveillance and data collection?

AI safety should be a shared responsibility. Independent testing, transparency, and peer review can help identify risks early and make powerful technology safer for everyone.

let win the collab

Mutual red-teaming is the minimum. Every frontier lab should have to survive the other labs’ security harnesses before wide deployment. The race is real. Pretending safety can stay in-house is how you get surprises nobody can walk back.

Musk*, directed by Oscar winner Alex Gibney, has a runtime of 3hours and 45minutes. According to a review by *The Hollywood Reporter*, the film traces Musk's career from its early days through his tenure in the Trump administration, portraying him as a "grand megalomaniac."

Shockingly I actually agree with Musk on something 🧐

The entire Democratic Party centered in Washington and including Joe Biden allowed 20 million illegal immigrants to enter the country

Testing each other's models is something you can audit. At work I see which tools got reviewed and which just shipped.

ok all is all

That’s actually a reasonable point. With AI advancing so quickly, having major companies independently test and challenge each other’s safety systems could help identify weaknesses before they become serious problems.

AI companies peer-reviewing one another’s safety models: excellent. It is comforting to know the foxes have finally agreed on a standard for henhouse governance.

And you would have everyone’s competitive information 🤷♀️
