DEI consultants were making 100-400K a year and they have to keep the scam going somehow. There has been other instances of them changing the name of it from DEI to other labels, and the inside of the program was the exact same as "DEI"

A simple fix to this would be to have a system to label certain initiatives as dei initiatives basically if it smells and looks like a dei initiative it most likely is a dei initiative and it'll be banned and the company fined.

These are people whose entire livelihood depends on propagating DEI. Spent their youth trying to earn a degree in that bullshit. No way they'd give it all up. These people never cared about the bigger picture; only themselves. The only guaranteed way is to straight OUTLAW it.
