EOY Recap: The Daily Program, Season II In 2025, the program continued as a space for artistic experimentation around AI video. This year, we invited 70 artists to present work that extends the survey we began in 2023. AI video remains an unstable genre because the tools change quickly... and unevenly, with each new release altering what motion and continuity do to storytelling or formal experimentation. That instability is not only a constraint. It is also a condition that invites risk, iteration, and the proposal of new visual grammars. All through this crazy "bear market" artists have continued to show up because this AI video thing is happening now...not tomorrow but today in front of us all! This period is about visual narratives that contain stories or experiments like we had not seen before. The Daily NFT collection will also contain a mix of possibly all AI tools available to date. From Runway to Kling to a few more we will announce shortly. The Daily collection is one of a kind, built in public, during the work market for NFTs, but with some of the most talented artists in the world, pushing, pushing, pushing. Some of the amazing artists who have "grown up" in the program include niceaunties, noper, LEGIO_X, Mind Wank, Andrea Ciulu, Frank Manzano, B O E Y, Ethereal Gwirl, Le Moon, doopiidoo among many many more! The Niceaunties AI Video Grant At Fellowship, we believe in creating an environment for experimentation and the development of ideas. That is why, when niceaunties proposed a grant program for mentorship and the creation of AI videos, we immediately said yes. The program will help support six artists, to create a Solo Show for the Fellowship Daily program. The commitment is to produce 8 new videos based on a theme proposed by Niceaunties. This will be an open call for all the Daily Artists and the AI video community at large. Everyone is welcome to reply/submit a video for consideration. Each grantee will receive a total of 2ETH provided by Niceaunties and Fellowship, as well as mentorship from Niceaunties and alejandro cartagena. We encourage artists applying to consider this grant as a space of critical feedback and of experimentation. Artists are encouraged to be open to new ideas and to explore alternative ways of how to think of their practice. These funds and curatorial support are there to open up time for the creators to engage and create a space ideal for critical feedback. TokenFlow: Consistent Diffusion Features for Consistent Video Editing paper page: The generative AI revolution has recently expanded to videos. Nevertheless, current state-of-the-art video models are still lagging behind image models in terms of visual quality and user control over the generated content. In this work, we present a framework that harnesses the power of a text-to-image diffusion model for the task of text-driven video editing. Specifically, given a source video and a target text-prompt, our method generates a high-quality video that adheres to the target text, while preserving the spatial layout and motion of the input video. Our method is based on a key observation that consistency in the edited video can be obtained by enforcing consistency in the diffusion feature space. We achieve this by explicitly propagating diffusion features based on inter-frame correspondences, readily available in the model. Thus, our framework does not require any training or fine-tuning, and can work in conjunction with any off-the-shelf text-to-image editing method. We demonstrate state-of-the-art editing results on a variety of real-world videos.

"This is how GPT-4 sees and hears itself" I used GPT-4 to describe itself. Then I used its description to generate an image, a video based on this image and a soundtrack. Tools I used: GPT-4, Midjourney, Kainber AI, Mubert, RunwayML This is the description I used that GPT-4 had of itself as a prompt to text-to-image, image-to-video, and text-to-music. I put the video and sound together in RunwayML.

AI agents are becoming increasingly capable of taking actions beyond the chat window and interacting with tools in the real world, such as web browsers. We explored this capability by having an AI agent present one of our interactive web-based demos. In this video, it's presenting our election interference demo. This agent is a Cursor coding agent and is equipped with tools to read and interact with the browser (using Playwright) and perform text-to-speech (with ElevenLabs), in addition to the standard Cursor tools.

This is probably the most complex workflow I’ve ever built, only with open-source tools. It took my 4 days. It takes four inputs: author, title, and style; and generates a full visual animated story in one click in ComfyUI . I worked on it for four days. There are still some bugs, but here’s the first preview. Here’s a quick breakdown: - The four inputs are sent to LLMs with precise instructions to generate: first, prompts for images and image modifications; second, prompts for animations; third, prompts for generating music. - All voices are generated from the text and timed precisely, as they determine the length of each animation segment. - The first image and video are generated to serve as the title, but also as the guide for all other images created for the video. - Titles and subtitles are also added automatically in Comfy. - I also developed a lot of custom nodes for minor frame calculations, mostly to match audio and video. - The full system is a large loop that, for each line of text, generates an image and then a video from that image. The loop was the hardest part to build in this workflow, so it can process either a 20-second video or a 2-minute video with the same input. - There are multiple combinations of LLMs that try to understand the text in the best way to provide the best prompts for images and video. - The final video is assembled entirely within ComfyUI. - The music is generated based on the LLM output and matches the exact timing of the full animation. - Done! For reference, this workflow uses a lot of models and only works on an RTX 6000 Pro with plenty of RAM. My goal is not to replace humans, as I’ll try to explain later, this workflow is highly controlled and can be adapted or reworked at any point by real artists! My aim was to create a tool that can animate text in one go, allowing the AI some freedom while keeping a strict flow. I don’t know yet how I’ll share this workflow with people, I still need to polish it properly, but maybe through Patreon. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my research, and let’s always keep pushing further! :)

With Doji I created a fashion campaign with my favorite new products with myself as the model, an AI generated digital twin, and brought it to life additional AI video tools. Systems like OpenAI's new Sora video model, just shows us that anyone can create a pretty video or a beautiful picture using nothing but a text prompt. But if we are to use the technology to create interesting art, thought-provoking cinema, and great games.. we need control of the output down to a granular level if that's what our project calls for. We need better tools and better interfaces to interact with the generative matter. Here's another example of what that could look like. Imagine this combined with a system like Sora. With complete temporal coherence and an ability to lock down the look of elements once you decide they look as they should. #ThePowerofDreams #Sora

$🪐 WORLD CREATORS Generative AI opened the door for everyone to tell their stories without the need for a crew or a big budget. We started slowly with images and saw an enormous interest in tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Leonardo. Now, a bit more than a year later, we find ourselves in front of new technologies that are transforming our way of life, how we create, and how we consume content. ChatGPT is rapidly replacing Googling, and all the generative AI tools are replacing all the stock photos and videos, with tools like Runway enabling storytelling for everyone. And we won't take over Hollywood. We will surpass it in ways we can't even imagine right now. We'll be able to create worlds and stories beyond our wildest imagination. Generative AI is enabling creative people to go 1000x on what was possible before. At the core of everything we'll still need human creativity, and we have to understand that AI tools without it will be nothing.
