After generating it with Seedance 2.0, I gave the exact same prompt + storyboard reference + character reference to Gemini Omni as well. This is one of the wildest things I have built with AI so far 😱 Asked Claude Fable 5 to create a fully interactive 3D crime investigation board using Three.js and it did it in ONE Prompt. It took one more prompt to give it a polished UI inspired by a reference design that I created with GPT Image. What surprised me most was not how it looked. It was how it worked. Fable built a complete Verlet rope physics system with 46 particles in every thread. It handled gravity, damping, distance constraints and all other features of file upload, text and everything. The threads/ropes even lift naturally with pinned evidence instead of clipping through it. I never asked it to implement any of that. I only described the experience I wanted. Maybe that's how we should work with AI. Instead of writing long long specs, we should explain what we want as an experience and let AI do its thing. Summer Trip is one of my film which I made used Omni Reference, not only start frame anymore and for the first time, it genuinely feels like I’m directing the AI instead of just prompting it. The reasoning in Seedance 2.0 is seriously impressive. It understands intent in a way that feels collaborative. Of course, in production it still needs proper touch-ups in post, grading, timing, polishing details, but the foundation it gives is strong. Like it or not, we’re already here. And to be honest, my workflow has to evolve too. I can’t approach this the same way I did before. It’s less about generating random shots and more about guiding, refining, and thinking like a director from the start. Personally, I see this as a shift, not replacing filmmaking, but reshaping the role of the filmmaker. Now the question isn’t “Can AI make it?” but “How well can you direct it?”

My upcoming release of "Cinematic AI" has made me think about how bodies of work are formed. I think some are manifested and some are revealed. I think "Cinematic AI" falls into the latter category. It was not something I had a clear vision for and then created, but it was something that was revealed to me over time. I thought I saw a glimmer of it early on, but only after some time had past, could I see the body of work emerge. With a bit more context and watching great artists and how they work and think, it finally came to me that this series of 15-20 pieces that I had created could be a worthy collection to mint. AI art has been going through so many transformations from the early GAN work to Collaborative AI to now AI being widely accessible through platforms like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and many others. But one area that I have seen explode in recent months is cinematic AI. I distinguish this from animated AI, which has been around for a while, but cinematic AI is where the movements created by AI are getting closer to what you'd see in a movie or captured on a video camera. It still has a long way to go but it is getting more real than surreal as the technology develops. And this is where I seem to have found my groove, my home, my little corner in the artistic landscape. After Runway launched their image-to-video tool, it just blew my mind and I went down a deep rabbit hole and have created a new cinematic AI piece almost every other day for the past few months. I initially saw many of these pieces as just experiments, but with some time to reflect, I am seeing them as having the potential of being relevant pieces of artwork to mark this time in the development of AI. In some cases, I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to create a similar piece again, since the tools I use are not in my control, but in the control of the AI platforms, who are constantly improving and evolving the tools. Given all of this, there is no better way to mark my place in time than on the blockchain. I truly believe that this body of work has the potential to be an important artifact of this era in AI and AI art. It is always hard to judge ones own work, but what I can do is permanently etch in time on an immutable public database saying that I created this. Only time will tell if the work has any value or is of any significance, but who created it and what was created cannot be disputed. I hope this gives you and especially collectors some perspective on the work I'll be releasing next week. I'm still very early in my artistic journey, but hopefully some of you will see promise in what I'm doing and maybe even put in a early bet on my art practice by bidding on a piece next week. So here's my attempt at a one shot in Opus 5 after skepticism. I asked it to make me a game inspired by Elder Scrolls Daggerfall and to create all the assets. This is what it created in Cowork which took roughly 8 hours as it was making sure every single pixel was perfect. There's some hitching but on the whole I'm surprised that this is just from one paragraph of prompting engineered to produce the best results it could. It even built the indoor church lighting and water reflections.

Ok, this is absurd. You can choreograph a complex action scene in Blender with basic shapes, then let Seedance make it real. You need to try this AI filmmaking workflow: 1. Generate a start frame in Midjourney 2. Block out the action in Blender 3. Feed both to Seedance My Blender reference was just rough timing, camera shake, and spatial choreography, and Seedance tracked the speed, motion, and action way better than I expected. This is the difference between describing a shot and directing one.

so im trying Runway Aleph 2.0 on my own footage. this time i wanted to see how far i can push the scene without changing the original motion. i changed the character and some visual elements but the camera movement, timing and performance stay almost exactly the same. what i like is it only changes the part i ask for instead of regenerating the whole shot from scratch. i can test different creative directions from the same footage, which is really useful for ads or content production when you want multiple versions without having to reshoot everything again. one footage, multiple possibilities.

I got early access to PAI, the new long-form storytelling model from Utopai Studios, and decided to try something a bit different. Instead of generating random AI clips, I created a full original animated story. What really surprised me was the narrative consistency. Up to 60 seconds where the same character, world, and tone stayed intact. I could tweak scenes, adjust pacing, and refine story beats — and nothing fell apart. It didn’t feel like just prompting outputs. It felt more like directing a story. If you think in character arcs rather than isolated clips, this kind of continuity feels different.
