No one at google took him seriously when I worked there and I'm baffled folks take him seriously after his botched investments post-Google.

Eric Schmidt might seem like a smooth and intelligent talker, but every time someone approaches the concept of infinity in their claims, it feels like we’re facing an inflated hyperbole. No power or intelligence can truly reach infinity.

Obviously he's not literally talking about infinity. If anything, he means unbounded.

Of course, its return is infinite. They're going to evolve and exist for billions of years. They're our evolutionary successors.
