Everyone is building an Obsidian second brain. mikenevermiss found a German dev who built something that actually runs his business. Lead qualification, invoice chasing, and competitor research run daily That gives one setup coverage across both operations and growth

We move beyond vanity keyword volume to optimize high-density content hubs engineered for modern vector search and AI answer engines

7 workflows running his whole business

Exactly..

Some are building it as their first brain.

so true

This is what AI automation should look like.

Absolutely

Wiring workflows is the easy half — the real question is what happens when invoice chasing or lead qualification fails mid-run on bad input. Does each workflow retry or backoff on its own, or does a failure just sit there until he checks in next?

most ppl just organize notes this guy made obsidian run his actual job

Seven AI workflows doing real work is the second-employee thesis, but the bigger shift for me was never hiring an agent, it was refusing to depend on one paycheck. My own path stacks smaller income sources on purpose until one of them eventually outgrows the rest.

seven workflows require operational oversight, not just organization

seven workflows span leads, invoices, and competitor research that breadth matters because no single task carries the whole operation

so the vault went from diary to actual employee, does he sanity check the lead qualification or just let it run on autopilot

Damn turning Obsidian from a note vault into something that chases invoices and qualifies leads is the first use case that actually beats another second brain setup
