Act 2 butter delite popcorn is ~60% corn, and the remaining 40% is mostly palm oil. We often associate international brands with high quality. Interestingly, Act 2 is an American company, but I found 3 cleaner Indian popcorn companies (non-sponsored). The food industry is severely broken, and there are hundreds of products that we eat everyday that are misleading us. Let us read food labels before buying anything to reduce the likelihood of us getting cheated, and so that we put cleaner food into our bodies!

This is used as a foaming agent, so they don't have to replace the oil that often, making McDonald's more money here in the United States. But they don't do that across the pond.
