Remember, patients will see your skin closure for forever so be precise and perfect w it (but do that with rest of surgery as well )

Closing a wound is like the dismount in gymnastics. If you want a perfect 10, you have to perfect the closure. Even if there is pressure to finish (internal or external) don’t rush the closure.

Well put together video Sam! 💯 My 1 and only issue, I have yet to see any evidence of the pivotal ‘entry’ frame (the first contact of a fired projectile & skin) which would in turn create the necklace flying off and shirt to lift off. *To me, the necklace and shirt move first, then the wound appears (in every video I’ve seen so far, it’s backwards)
