Experimenting with video onboarding… This is a custom built SwiftUI view that lets me inject user interaction within a scene Video generated by Sora 2 Voiceover is me (just testing)

Awesome! Unrelated to the video onboarding but for the game itself it would be nice if when you get the notes right, the tone of the success sound dependeded on the note played. There's something jarring about getting that success sound back to back to back

Interactive video onboarding with SwiftUI + Sora is a genuinely novel combo. The real question is retention — does interactive onboarding move the needle on D1/D7 compared to static? Would love to see the A/B data on this if you run it.

Love the interactive SwiftUI scene, looks smooth. How are you syncing SwiftUI state with the video timeline? Timeline markers plus AVPlayer observers worked well for me.

Heard great things about Voice123, Voices, for hiring voice actors. For now I’m using NaturalReader (AI text to speech) for my church announcements until I find a better long-term solution.
