Fable 5 and GPT-5.6 built the same scroll-animated website from 1 skill in 32 minutes and only 1 of them made it feel like a film. Same prompt: boutique Japan travel brand, origami style. A subway pulls in, a paper house unfolds into a hotel, a bird takes flight...

THIS GUY UPDATED AN OPEN SOURCE TOOL FOR CLAUDE FABLE 5 THAT TAKES A SINGLE IMAGE AND AUTOMATICALLY REBUILDS IT AS A PREMIUM SCROLL LINKED WEB ANIMATION Instead of slicing videos by hand or exporting individual frames, you just hand it an image and it recreates the entire sequence as a pure scroll mapped experience - Pick an anchor image and set your overall creative direction - The tool automatically scales it into motion clips and uses ffmpeg to rip out every frame in the background - Maps the frames directly to your scroll position, tracking the cursor for an ultra smooth user experience - AND its open source, so you can drop the skill into your own terminal workspace He tested it on a highly detailed origami style travel website and it came out genuinely good for something built completely in one shot Turning a single photo into an automated frame mapped scrolling app is the kind of thing that used to take a developer hours

JEV + SONNET 5.5 is the most dangerous combo in design right now... That's not a screen recording you're watching - It's a live website - and here is how it came together Step 1: I went through oryzo frame by frame and took its grammar (the pacing, the type, the way the camera moves) Step 2: The whole scroll hangs on one hero object, so I rebuilt Claude's pixel mascot in code from 500 voxels without downloading a single 3D file Step 3: Each frame depends only on the scroll position, with no timers and nothing random, so the same spot in the scroll always gives you the same frame and the site renders straight into a film Step 4: Jev handles the routing, so scenes, 3D and copy go to Sonnet 5.5 while the frame by frame taste review goes to Opus 5.5 Step 5: Four Sonnet 5.5 agents worked in parallel and had four scenes built in roughly 24 minute Step 6: Nothing ships until every still has been looked at, and whatever looks cheap gets rebuilt You and I are using the same model. What changes the result is the harness you build around it Prompt's in the comments

Apple's product pages have that scroll effect. The camera flies through a 3D world. Products float. Scenes transition. No cuts. One continuous flight driven by your scroll wheel. Here is what one costs to build in 2026. Big storytelling agencies (Noomo, WithLore, Utsubo): $15,000 to $100,000. Three to six months. A team of designers, 3D artists, and WebGL developers. Awwwards-tier flagship from a senior freelancer: $8,000 minimum. Three.js multi-scene site with GSAP scroll: $3,500 to $8,000. That is if you can find a Three.js specialist. They charge $75 to $150 an hour. There are fewer of them than there are brands that want the site. Now meet scroll-world. A free, open-source agent skill for Claude Code and Codex that generates the entire thing from a prompt. Describe your brand. Describe the scenes. "A coffee brand. Start outside the farm. Fly into the roasting facility. Pass through the packaging. Land in the cafe." It generates the isometric stills. It generates the camera flights. It generates the connector clips between scenes from the actual boundary frames of both neighbors, so every seam is pixel-identical. No flicker. No cut. One continuous flight. Then it wires the chain into a portable vanilla JS scroll engine that drops into plain HTML, Next.js, or Vue. One prompt. Hours. Not months. 6,096 stars on GitHub in 25 days. 724 forks. MIT license. Built by cyw, founder and CTO of Hermai AI, out of San Francisco. Here is what scroll-world does: - Interviews you on brand, scenes, art direction, and budget before spending a cent - Generates the isometric stills through GPT Image 2 - Generates the camera flights through Seedance on Monid - Renders a native 9:16 portrait chain for mobile, not a crop - Ships a vanilla JS scrub engine with blob-seek, lazy load, and seam crossfade - Installs into Claude Code as a plugin or Codex through the Vercel skills CLI - Framework-agnostic Here is what scroll-world costs to install: Zero. Forever. Generation burns credits. A 6-scene 1080p chain on Monid pay-per-clip lands around $27, printed before the run starts. Big storytelling agency: $15,000 to $100,000. scroll-world: $27. Awwwards WebGL flagship: $8,000. scroll-world: $27. Three.js contractor for a month: $12,000. scroll-world: this afternoon. Your brand. Your world. Your scroll. 100% Open Source. I just built a Claude skill that makes animated ads in any style (Stop Motion, Vox, Origami...) Paste any design you like. It replicates the whole style. Here's what it does: - You paste a reference image, or just a brief. - It breaks the look down into an editable spec. - It generates the on-brand stills with Nanobanana 2. - You approve the ones you like. - It animates them into stop-motion with Seedance 2.0. The frame opens empty. The cut-out pieces slide in and snap into place. Everything runs in Claude through the connector, so you never juggle models. Your only job is taste. Paste a reference, pick the shots. I'm giving the whole skill & workflow away. Comment "Skill" and I'll send it to you.

I built a Claude skill that makes motion-style animation for YT SEO. - Paste your website, does high-intent keyword research - Paste a reference image (optional) - Scripts, edits, does SEO - It generates frames with GPT-Image-2 - and animates the video with Seedance 2.0 YouTube SEO is a great way to grow organically - YT is a search engine - YT videos rank on Google fast - YT videos get cited by AI as the #1 source But it's painful. This skill solves that. Other capabilities: articles, backlinks, Google Search Console, AI visibility reports and many more... Everything runs in Claude through the Distribb Skill Comment "SKILL", and I'll send it to you

🚨 Someone just built a Claude Code skill that clones any website perfectly in one prompt. It uses the built-in Chrome MCP to go straight to the source. It pulls the exact fonts, colors, and layout directly from the browser. 100% Open Source.

😎 I built a wardrobe changer for AI films! New skill I built inside Luma: one-click wardrobe changes for your AI film characters. 👗Scene 2 they're at work. Scene 5 a wedding. Scene 9 the beach. Same character every time, new outfit every time. 🧠Here's how it works: 1. Upload an image of your character. 2. Upload an image of the clothes you want them in. A reference photo, a product shot, a screenshot, anything. 3. The skill builds a full character sheet. Front, side, back, close-ups, with the face and the outfit holding perfectly consistent across all of them. 4. Need a different look for the next scene? Swap in a new outfit image and run it again. Same character, new wardrobe, still consistent. 👍🏼 It works on cartoons and animated characters too. It adapts the clothes to the drawing style instead of pasting a real photo on top. 🎬 And if you don't have a character yet, you can skip step 1. Upload just the clothes, describe the person you want, and UNI-1 generates them from scratch. It's the best model I've used for realistic people. 😎 Try my skill for free here:

With Atlas, you can literally make films. And it also basically solves first-frame-last-frame transitions. Reconstruct a 3D scene from images, then position the camera exactly where you want it, and let Atlas fill in what the camera would see along that path. You’re in the director's chair, staging the scene. Here we made a 1 min video with a couple images of totally different scenes, and we set where the camera keyframes should move through each part of the scene. The scene-to-scene transitions are great. Atlas makes it feel like a smooth shot with no cuts.

this is f**king insane Fable 5 goes away in 24 hours from Claude Code and someone just figured out how to get fable 5 reasoning in GPT 5.6 Sol with one prompt you have less than 24 hours to set this up as this takes away 20% of your usage limit here is how: 1) Paste the prompt and ask it to "make an operating manual" 2) Go the Codex App > Settings > Personalisation > Custom Instructions 3) Use GPT 5.5 / GPT 5.6 and now you have Fable 5 reasoning at 1/3 th the price save and bookmark it no matter what

REAL ESTATE PEOPLE WILL HATE HIM FOR THIS. HE BUILT A CLAUDE AGENT THAT TURNS ANY LISTING INTO A SELLABLE VIDEO ON ITS OWN Playbook: connect Claude to a video generator, paste a listing, get a cinematic tour of every room, sell it to the agent But typing the prompt for every listing doesn't scale. He turned it into a skill his Claude runs on its own Here's how to build the automated version: 1. Connect the video engine once. In Claude, go to Customize, Connectors, Add Custom Connector, name it Higgsfield, and paste the server URL from higgsfield. ai/mcp. Authenticate through your account. No API keys. Now Claude can generate video straight from chat 2. Turn the workflow into a skill. Instead of pasting the same prompt every time, have Claude build a skill. Tell it: "Create a skill called listing-to-video. When I give it a listing URL, scrape the room photos, generate a cinematic clip of each room with Higgsfield, and save them to a folder." Now the whole process is one command, not a wall of text 3. Let the agent run the listing. Hand it a URL and say "run listing-to-video on this." It pulls the photos, fires each room through the video model, and brings the clips back. You wrote the prompt once, inside the skill. You never write it again 4. Stitch and deliver. Drop the clips together into one tour. Send a free sample to the listing's agent, then charge per video or a monthly rate for ongoing listings 5. Scale it with your team. Add a skill that drafts the outreach email and one that builds a simple landing page for the agent. Now one operator runs sourcing, production, and pitching from a single Claude session The edge isn't generating one video. It's building the skill once so every future listing runs itself Bookmark this

fable 5.1 vs fable 5 vs opus 5 – three lord of the rings landmarks, built in 3d from one image the setup: one reference image per scene, one html file per build, everything procedural – no meshes, no textures, no image files, nothing past Three.js from a cdn. each model reads the picture, writes its own prompt from it, then builds to that prompt in the same turn. three named camera shots per scene on keys 1/2/3, so it can be screen-recorded. run through OpenRouter tasks: 1. bag end – hobbiton from two frames, outside and in. the round green door has to open onto the room you are standing in 2. barad-dûr – the tower and orodruin from one film still. the eye has to move and track the camera, the volcano erupts on a cycle, the clouds never stop 3. rivendell – jerry vanderstelt's painting. sun shafts that shimmer, water that falls without a break, trees that sway on a gust models: Anthropic fable 5.1, fable 5, opus 5 total cost, three builds #1 fable 5 – $14.97 #2 opus 5 – $18.53 #3 fable 5.1 – $22.38 wall clock, three builds #1 fable 5 – 38m #2 fable 5.1 – 92m #3 opus 5 – 122m output tokens #1 fable 5 – 298,592 #2 fable 5.1 – 439,435 #3 opus 5 – 724,418 lines of code shipped #1 fable 5 – 2,885 #2 fable 5.1 – 4,021 #3 opus 5 – 5,161 biggest single build, lines #1 opus 5, bag end – 2,410 #2 fable 5.1, barad-dûr – 1,375 #3 fable 5, bag end – 1,319 observations: • fable 5.1 is the only model that furnished the bag end interior – a live fire, panelling, books on the floor, leaded diamond windows, against fable 5's flat color and opus's dark tunnel. the round door outside opens onto that room, the hard part of the brief • what it costs is thinking room. the 128k output ceiling is a thinking budget in disguise: fable 5.1 burned 102,116 of it on reasoning and hit the wall mid-file. opus spent 109,241 and hit the same wall. fable 5 spent 61,240 and finished bag end in one call – the only one that did • fable 5.1's first pass is not the finished thing. its barad-dûr came back with three defects you only catch by looking at it – nothing a read of the code would have flagged • it is the best of the three at being corrected. handed a plain list of what was wrong, it returned 32 targeted patches over two rounds, every one applied first try, and it worked out one of the causes itself instead of guessing at constants conclusion: nine scenes, 12,067 lines and 1.46m output tokens for $55.88 all in – and the cheapest model was also the fastest, by 3.2x! follow thehype. for 24/7 ai news, analysis and breakdowns

THIS GUY SHOWS HOW TO BUILD $10,000 WEBSITES FOR ABOUT $10 Jack drops a free skill into Claude Fable 5. One prompt. Full animated product sites with scroll effects, interactive sections, and client-ready polish. He has already sold them for over $10,000. The same system runs three sites at once and keeps the cost near ten bucks a build. Fable 5 handles the design. Higgsfield pulls the media. An adversarial review checks every frame before it ships. Cost-saving mode swaps models mid-process so you never burn tokens on the heavy lifts. No Figma. No agency. No design degree. Just the model, the skill, and a blank page that turns into money.

Someone gave GPT-6 and Fable 5.1 access to Canva. One smoked the other (it's not even close). Claude Fable 5.1 is on the left. GPT-6 Astra is on the right. The gap is not small. It comes down to one test (ARC-AGI 3). It drops a model into a game with no instructions and makes it work them out. Astra solved levels in fewer moves than you or I would, 96% of the time. Claude Opus 5 managed less than half of that. That's why everyone is shouting about AGI again. You can turn this on yourself in about two minutes: 1. Open the ChatGPT desktop app, switch to Work. 2. Go to Plugins, then Computer Use. Install it. 3. Switch on the server and skill toggles. 4. Allow Screen Recording and Accessibility. 5. Point it at one app and ask it do something. I wrote up the full Claude → Codex migration. Access it here → Repost ♻️ to help someone in your network.

I plugged ChatGPT Luna 5.6 and Claude Opus 5 into Blender through MCP, and one of them is one-shotting entire 3D scenes now. Top is Luna 5.6 in fast mode modeling ship cannons with a firing animation. Watching the scene grow mesh by mesh in real time is a separate kind of dopamine. Bottom is Opus 5 building a full carriage scene with terrain, rocks and lighting. This one is simply built for 3D -- the whole thing from a single prompt with zero retries and zero corrections. The entire bridge is one open-source repo, no Python and no modeling skills required: > The repo is with 16.9k stars under MIT license. > It works with any model -- Claude, GPT, Cursor, any MCP client. > The model sees your scene through a live socket and edits it in real time. A year ago this workflow didn't exist, and now the gap between an idea and a rendered 3D scene is one prompt. Save this one -- you will come back for the repo ↓

Fable 5.1 charges 6× more than GPT-5.6 Sol anthropic's Fable 5.1 went live. we threw it straight at openai's GPT-5.6 Sol. same prompts, one shot. the test: five self-contained three.js scenes, one continuous project — a futuristic mansion on a private island. exterior orbit, grand hall with a diamond chandelier, pool with a water park, garage with 10 lambos, helicopter landing on the roof cost: Claude Fable 5.1 — $5.69 GPT-5.6 Sol — $0.88 what we saw: • fable goes for realism — waves, depth, a sand ring around the island. sol goes low-poly and clean, and its style never breaks across all 5 scenes • fable's chandelier is thousands of individual crystals. sol's hall is honestly just a staircase and a wall • fable's helicopter touches down on the lit helipad much smoother than sol's • fable built a triple-slide water-park tower — and shipped the pool with no water. sol's park is tiny — but the pool is full 6× the price buys you 6× the detail — and the same one-shot bugs. what's your choice? try Fable 5.1 on aimlapi[.]com

Read this if you make videos with Claude. I built a skill that cut my QA cost on this video from $127 to 16 cents. It was made with Claude in Remotion. It's called SageCut. It swaps the LLM out of frame-by-frame QA and uses a multimodal decision model, Sage (Levanto Labs), instead. I'm the only video guy at Levanto. I run 3 Claude plans and have been making Remotion videos since early this year, with BlenderMCP in the mix, so the output is pro-grade with very little babysitting. The problem: it burned through my Max plan, and a video could take 2 days. When I dug into the workflow, the reason was that Claude subagents were reviewing every single frame. That cost a ton and added 4+ hours per video. SageCut hands that step to Sage. Sage is great at spotting defective frames, and only those get passed to Opus 5.5 to fix. Across 6 A/B tests the output was exactly the same, at 1/10 the QA cost and 1/4 the QA time. On this video, Sage read all 3,153 frames for 16 cents. If you make Remotion videos, try it. The link to skill is below. How long does a Remotion video take you right now with Claude?
