NWKRTC has implemented a UPI ticket system in the form of a QR code tag given to the conductors. Conductors use normal electronic ticket machines to issue the tickets. Once the UPI payment is confirmed, PhonePe notification will come to the conductor's mobile and then the ticket will be issued.

@KSRTC_Journeys @BMTC_BENGALURU This won't work in BMTC due to higher transaction time. Anything at 2 secs or less to print ticket will work; even in BTMC, older m/c take time to print tkt causing delays + Mobile Network black-spots will impede m/c's working.
