Florida recently implemented E-Verify and it has caused its construction sites to stop. Its time to deport them all. Glad to see excellent new job opportunities and higher wages opening up for American citizens.

Our economy is built on cheap labor from illegal immigrants.

@treadaway_117 Wow, so Americans can’t get those “high paying jobs” based on their own merits? Good to know they can’t compete unless the competition gets deported

Nah you can’t replace these construction workers, not in 20years, thats one thing we will never be able to do actually….because we don’t make hard workers just tik tokers. Nobody wants to finish concrete, just ask in middle school if anyone wants to be iron worker. You get zero! These immigrants are taking jobs nobody wants to do, so lets not be idiots. Thats what makes this country great! Hard workers should be always admired regardless of status. Its the dead weight, criminals and drug dealers that live of the system or destroy our country that needs to be deported. Not the hard workers

For some reason, dry wall crews in the Upper Midwest speak Spanish. It must be a Union Requirement.

@ElijahSchaffer E-Verify has been in place since at least the 1990's. What's taking states so long in using it.

Wasn’t this implemented some years ago in Alabama, causing a major labor shortage for farm work? They reversed it from what I recall.

Illegal alien worker status has always been used by employers to pay substandard wages, driving down wages to essentially use slave labor and paying cash under the table. This allows illegal aliens to continue collecting welfare making significantly more $ than citizens who work similar jobs.
