flutter_omarchy now supports the new Omarchy Quattro theme system! It's also aligned with the latest Flutter release, and Impeller rendering looks noticeably better on my crappy Linux box. Still needs some polish, but it should be a solid starting point for building Omarchy Linux apps with Flutter.

Razer supports Linux now. They also don't ship the Blade 18 with 128gb. It's okay. I stockpiled some ram to upgrade it...and it worked! Thunderbolt5 is a nice bonus that also works on Linux... Review soon

I’ve been running Ubuntu on my second machine for over a decade. After seeing another breakdown of Omarchy, this time from NetworkChuck, I’m fully making the switch today. He changed the entire desktop theme in seconds, used an AI agent to build a Quickshell plugin, handed a crashed process to the agent for diagnosis, ran games through Proton, and launched a Windows VM when Linux wasn’t enough. Omarchy isn’t just Arch with a nice desktop. It starts with Arch, Hyprland, Quickshell, and a keyboard-first workflow, then gives you an environment you can continue reshaping around how you work (the linux boys calls this ricing). Omarchy theming can't be easier than this? The philosophy is to auto-create themes based on the colors coming from the wallpapers. This is for those not bothering with creating the theme files themselves, where this is good enough, also known as Wabi Sabi. It sets the theming files automatically based on templates, and leverages the Omarchy theming lifecycles. I'll release the repository in a day or two, then we will take it from there.

I got so tired of everyone raving about how great cmux is. Panes this. Browser that. EXHAUSTING. And that's because I'm on Linux, where we get none of the coolest toys. So...I built it myself. And my God. You were right. It's amazing. Introducing Limux, a a GPU-accelerated terminal workspace manager for Linux, powered by Ghostty's rendering engine, with split panes, tabbed workspaces, and a built-in browser. Think cmux, but native Linux. If you're interested in something like this, be sure to leave a comment and I'll release it. Special thanks to Manaflow and Mitchell Hashimoto for making this possible.

Yes it's not super polished yet. But there is no going back to a locked down OS. You build your own apps. You build your own OS. PS: Posting from a MBPro because it's 2:43AM and I can't begin to learn Kdenlive now.

There’s a new hair mod for Raven that works really well with the CNS outfits and should also help fix some issues with Photo Mode and UUU4. That said, I still recommend using the Raven Protocol mod for the original Stellar Blade outfits. The hair quality is better, it looks more realistic, and the lighting works much better, especially for VP shots 📸✨

I hate to say it, but Omarchy is life changing. sadly there is a huge problem. Learning the keybinds are 1000% ESSENTIAL to actually unlocking the operating system. I see countless people "try omarchy" and give up right away because it overwhelms them. too new and uncomfortable. they never get to experience even 2% of the magic. I built this mini game called Learn Omarchy it teaches you to absolutely fly around your operating system in a way that is NOT possible on mac or windows. lessons start off easy and progress to full psychopath levels. they are timed and graded. you can only progress to the next level once you get three stars on the previous one. The game hides keybinds as you learn them to reinforce your memory. its free and open source. I still use mac os daily, but I find myself incredible annoyed that I cannot control my computer at the speed of thought. Omarchy is fast, organized, and insanely fun. It has completly changed the way I think about interfacing with computers, we are currently doing things WRONG in every way.

Attacks always get better. Here's a new nginx RCE that bypasses ASLR, tested on the latest nginx 1.30 and 1.31. This still requires a non-default config, but unlike some previous bugs, it does not depend on any additional vulnerabilities or external helpers to get to RCE. We reported the bug on May 15. F5 has confirmed it, and hopefully a patch will land soon. This is getting ridiculous 😅. We have enough nginx bugs to do an entire week of MAD Bugs on it. Who could have thought nginx is starting to feel like the new Linux kernel? This is the funniest time in computer hacking. And yet the world is completely unprepared for this new reality.
