Opus 4.6 vs Gemini 3.1 Pro (2/9) prompt: Build a premium Vite + React landing page for Aether, an AI creative studio, with dark-mode design, high-end animations (Framer Motion), and conversion-focused sections (hero, features, demo, pricing, testimonials). Whilst I think gemini is overall better at design, the model often struggles with syntax issues, tool calling and thinking for 2-3 times the amount of opus.

This is one of the wildest things I have built with AI so far 😱 Asked Claude Fable 5 to create a fully interactive 3D crime investigation board using Three.js and it did it in ONE Prompt. It took one more prompt to give it a polished UI inspired by a reference design that I created with GPT Image. What surprised me most was not how it looked. It was how it worked. Fable built a complete Verlet rope physics system with 46 particles in every thread. It handled gravity, damping, distance constraints and all other features of file upload, text and everything. The threads/ropes even lift naturally with pinned evidence instead of clipping through it. I never asked it to implement any of that. I only described the experience I wanted. Maybe that's how we should work with AI. Instead of writing long long specs, we should explain what we want as an experience and let AI do its thing. Anyway, every day Fable 5 raises the bar for what I think AI can build. More to this Live: Code:

Google just dropped its most powerful model and GPT-4's biggest competitor, Gemini Ultra. Here's what stands out: 1. You can opt out of training data when signing up 2. There is a digital watermark applied to all images generated by Imagen 2 within Gemini Ultra (but you can't see it) 3. It runs on Catmull Rom splines with a treadmill style sliding geometry, custom fragment shaders with depth based fog, and tight optimizations like texture disposal, disabled frustum checks, and capped DPR to keep it smooth even on long infinite scrolls. Here’s a better way to think about AI commercial creation: Don’t generate the final ad first. Generate the decisions that make the ad possible. GPT Image 2.5 is coming to CapCut through existing tools like Design Studio and AI Image. For an iPhone Duo concept, I used it to work through the shots, compositions and visual sequence. Then CapCut PC + Seedance 2.5 turned those decisions into a commercial. The rest is refinement.
