The people who live the longest are think, the furthest from bodybuilders. Bodybuilders die early and fast because it’s an unhealthy activity. It amazes me watching guys who have made themselves weaker with muscle (Bruce Lee would destroy this fat beast) have so much confidence.

You can get buff just using body weight exercises. The main thing is volume and being consistent. Also you need to learn how to diet properly. If you can grow a beard then your test levels are sufficient enough to get jacked.
