Holy crap it's beautiful. Would the particles move with the water if a character was waist high in it?

Could this be used in worlds in VrChat? My main concern with trying is that this uses a much newer version of Unity compared to the one VrChat uses for world creation and upload, but I'd love to implement it in to a world if possible.
