Benefits of a rack pull By setting the bar at a higher position in a cage (typically about 1-2 inches right below the knee cap), we can eliminate the bottom portion of the movement off the ground which is going to 1) Allow us to use more weight 2) By shortening the bar path we're focusing on the lockout portion of the deadlift which is primarily a back dominant movement. More load, more tension on the back, less reliance on the hips and legs to get it moving like a Romanian deadlift Rack pulls = great for packing on slabs of meat to your back

What is an Automated Market Maker (AMM)? ************* Notes: The video is attached. Links to the shorts on other platforms are in the second Tweet. Voting on fees using your LP tokens is limited to the 8 biggest LP holders. For auctions, the discount gets you close to 0% but not effectively 0%. The math example couldn’t exist in reality based on G3M. It is just an example to explain the process. ************* Imagine a robot (AMM) that's always ready to help you trade your money (assets) with others on a special online platform (the XRP Ledger's decentralised exchange). This robot doesn’t need to find someone else to take the other side of your trade; it just makes the trade happen using a big pot of money (pool) it manages. How Does it Work? Trading: You can swap one type of money (asset) for another anytime you want, using the robot’s pot of money. The robot uses a special formula to decide the swap rate. Creating a Pool: Anyone can create a new pot of money for two different types of assets if it doesn’t exist yet, or add to an existing one. Rewards for Pool Creators: People who add money to the pot (liquidity providers) get special tokens (LP Tokens) as a thank-you. These tokens can be used to: • Get a share of the money in the pot back, along with some extra (fees collected). • Have a say in changing the robot’s settings, like trading fees. • Bid to get a temporary discount on trading fees. Risks and Rewards: If many people are swapping money and the pot stays balanced, the people who added money to the pot earn some passive income from the fees. But, if the value of the assets changes a lot, they might lose some money. More Technical Bits: Exchange Rate: The robot adjusts the swap rate based on how much each asset has in its pot. If it has a lot of one asset, that asset becomes cheaper to swap. Trading Fees: The robot charges a small fee for each swap, which goes to the people who added money to the pot. Voting on Fees: People with LP Tokens can vote to change the trading fee; the more tokens you have, the more your vote counts. Auction Slot: There’s a special feature where you can bid to get a discount on trading fees for a day. You bid with LP Tokens, and if you win, you (and up to 4 friends) pay no trading fees for 24 hours. LP Tokens: These are special tokens you get for adding money to the pot. They can be traded, used to vote on fees, or redeemed to pull your money out of the pot. Deleting an AMM: If all the money gets pulled out of the pot, the robot (AMM) gets deleted. But, it can be recreated by adding money to the pot again. In a Nutshell: An AMM is like a robot banker that helps people easily swap different types of money using a big shared pot. People who add money to the pot get special tokens and can earn fees from the swaps, but there are some risks if the market changes a lot. They can also vote on settings and bid for fee discounts. If the pot empties, the robot goes away but can be brought back by refilling the pot. Let’s look at an Example: Step 1: Creating a Money Pot with the AMM Robot Alice creates a new money pot (AMM) using the robot. She chooses two types of money: US Dollars (USD) and XRP. She puts in: 1000 USD 10 XRP In this example, we assume an exchange rate of $1 per XRP for easy math. Alice gets special tokens (LP Tokens) from the robot as a thank-you for adding money to the pot. These tokens prove she added money and can be used later to get her money back, plus some extra if the robot earns fees. Step 2: Bob Makes a Swap Bob wants to swap his 100 USD for XRP. He doesn’t have to wait for someone to take his offer; the robot does it instantly using the money in the pot. The robot uses a formula to decide how much XRP Bob gets for his 100 USD, ensuring it's a fair rate based on how much USD and XRP are in the pot. Step 3: Earning Fees The robot charges Bob a small fee, let’s say 1%, for convenience. So, Bob pays 1 USD as a fee, which stays in the pot. Now, the pot has more money than it started with, which is good for Alice because she can earn that extra when she uses her LP Tokens. Step 4: Alice Withdraws Her Money After some time, Alice decides to take her money out of the pot. Thanks to the fees the robot earned from Bob and others, the pot has grown to: 1101 USD 9 XRP Alice uses her LP Tokens to claim her share of the money in the pot. If she puts in 100% of the original money, she gets 100% of what’s in the pot now, including the extra earned from fees. Step 5: Voting and Discounts Alice can also use her LP Tokens to vote on things, like changing the robot’s fee. And, if she wants a discount on fees, she can bid for a special 24-hour discount slot using her LP Tokens. Conclusion In this example, the AMM robot helped Alice earn extra money by providing a convenient way for Bob to swap his USD for XRP. Alice took on some risk by putting her money into the pot, but she earned fees from Bob’s and others’ trades as a reward. Bob enjoyed the convenience of instant, hassle-free trading. And the AMM robot managed it all automatically!

⚡️ What Is the “Battles” Mode With $ARTY Tickets? ⚡️ ⚔️ “Battles” Mode is more than just a game — it’s a real test of your skill, where you can earn quickly from a single match. 🎟 Before the battle begins, the player purchases one of three tickets using $ARTY, equivalent to: - $10 - $100 - $1000 💥 The system then matches you with players who selected the same ticket — and the battle begins. There are two modes to choose from: 🔹 Duel Battle (1v1) One-on-one. The winner takes the entire prize. The loser walks away with nothing. 🔹 Team Battle Team-based combat. if we fuck up the ad, why should you pay? notch is the one place that doesn't charge for regenerations or edits. one price. one ad. however many tries it takes us to get it right. every "generate" is a slot pull. miss = re-roll = more credits gone. these tools don't sell you ads. they sell you chips. and the house wrote the odds. here's the math nobody runs before they load their card. a 30-second ai ad is never one generation. it's 30 to 40 pulls. → wrong face. re-roll. → hands melt. re-roll. → lip sync drifts a frame. re-roll. → b-roll doesn't match the brand. re-roll. every pull bills you. the winning clip and the garbage clip cost the exact same. you're not paying for the ad. you're paying for the misses on the way to it. the casino model (higgsfield, runway, kling, every per-credit tool): → buy credits up front → pull the lever → pay whether the clip is usable or trash → the agent loops to fix itself? your meter runs faster → you ration generations like chips at a table the finished-ad model (notch): → you direct the ad, not the generations → the agent re-rolls, iterates and fixes itself on its own dime → the misses are our cost, not your wallet → one price for the deliverable. however many pulls it took. per-credit pricing isn't pricing. it's a casino floor. the meter is the product. the ad is just the bait. you should pay for the thing you can actually run. not for the privilege of pulling the lever 40 times to find it. comment your brand below. i'll ship you 10 winning ad variations. on us. no credits. no meter. no catch. or try notch for free today.

Good news to those who fly to Johannesburg from Harare. The South African airline FlySafair which has started flying into Zimbabwe today has air fares which are more than half the price of fares charged on that route by other airlines. I have just checked their website A return ticket from Harare to Johannesburg leaving tomorrow and coming back on Tuesday next week is R4,022 or US$211. A return Business class ticket from Harare to Johannesburg is R5,635 or US$297, which is cheaper than an economy class ticket on the other airlines on that route who are charging more than US$500 for an economy class ticket. Let us hope and pray that FlySafair won’t be tempted into joining the other airlines into overcharging. The Harare to Johannesburg is reported to be the most expensive route in the world per mile until today with the introduction of FlySafair I looked at the air fare for the Harare/Johannesburg return ticket and found out that the most expensive lag is the Harare to Johannesburg one because of the high taxes charged by the Zimbabwean government. It is cheaper to fly to Harare from Johannesburg than it is to fly from Harare to Johannesburg. A friend explained that “…regulatory fees and taxes are at the centre of this price distortion where a 45 min Domestic ride is more expensive than a 7.5 hour flight to Dubai.”

I built a tool that remembers every deployer on Robinhood Chain so I don't have to. 43.9% of wallet launches on Pons V2 come from someone who already launched before. Every CA I dig on Pons V2 gets the same treatment. Pull the deployer, check the contract, read the launch post, decide watch or pass. Two days later the same wallet launches again. I redo the entire thing, because nothing I found the first time lived anywhere I could find it again. So I built RABIQ. Paste a CA and it: → reads the on chain factory record: deployer, fee recipient, phase → pulls FDV, liquidity, volume → pulls every other launch from the same deployer, automatically → saves my thesis and decision against that wallet, not the token Come back later and it shows exactly what moved since my last check. Dig a fresh CA from a deployer I already studied, and my old notes surface on their own. Loop is: CA in, dossier out, memory that carries to the next one. RABIQ is live right now. What I'm building on top of it is not. Bookmark this so you know where to check a wallet before you dig it from zero again. Link to the repo is in the first comment.

Collectibles are one of if not the HOTTEST market right now. But collectibles have one fundamental flaw, they don't do anything... aside from sit on a shelf or a person hoping they go up in price to sell to the next person. As for digital collectibles, a grail NFT just sits there waiting for the next buyer. > no yield > no cashflow > nothing Kimji fixes that. && here's how it actually works... As A Depositer: > you own blue chip Solana NFTs. instead of just holding, you deposit them into the pool and become the house every time someone rips a pack, you earn. > your NFT keeps its floor price backing, and generates fees while it waits to be pulled. As A Ripper: > you pay 0.77 SOL to rip a pack you pull a random NFT from the pool, with tiered odds across Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary > the key difference from Pokemon or a gacha game... Is every single NFT in the pool has a real floor price behind it. you're not pulling cardboard with a 1% chance at something. you could pay 0.77 SOL and pull a Legendary Claynosaurz worth 16+ SOL The floor is real. The upside is real. We all witnessed this, and it is what $FWA proved and now what Kimji is bringing to Solana with actual consumer UX Depositors earn on scarce assets instead of just waiting rippers chase real upside with real floors. Today it starts with NFTs, but this can quickly develop and scale to, physical cards, watches, bags or clothing, shit even real estate... What we are witnessing is more GachaFi or CollectableFi Productive scarcity is the next chapter of onchain finance && Kimji is where it starts (My Rips Below, and I also redeposited one of the NFTs i won, but I had to tuck the BoDoggo away)

A rising dollar sounds like strength. It is the opposite. It means dollars are getting scarce. And here is the part that breaks people's intuition. When money gets scarce, the system does not rush in to provide more. It pulls back harder. Take Turkey. A bank could make a fortune lending there at high rates. So why doesn't it? Because the higher the rate Turkey has to pay, the riskier Turkey obviously is. So the more you get paid to lend, the less you want to. You saw it in the 2019 repo spike. Rates shot up, and instead of piling in for the profit, dealers pulled out. Too much risk even at those rates. That is backwards elasticity. The less money there is, the less anyone will provide, because everyone turns risk-averse at the same moment. So the scarcity feeds on itself. And a soaring dollar is the signal that it already is.

trUSD and strUSD both trade on Curve Finance. There are two ways to use it. The first is swapping. You buy trUSD with USDC in one pool and move between strUSD and trUSD in the other, which lets you enter and exit a yield position at market price rather than waiting out the 7-day cooldown. The second is providing liquidity. You supply either side of a pool, or both, and receive LP shares representing your portion of it. From there you earn a share of the fees on every swap routed through, plus the yield accruing to the pool. Currently 4.74% on strUSD/trUSD. Then there are Cores. Supplying strUSD/trUSD earns 15x, against 5x for holding strUSD on its own. A balanced position puts half your capital into trUSD, which does not accrue the strategy yield that strUSD does. So a pool pays a lower rate than holding strUSD, and the trade is some yield for more Cores. Curve incentives are on the way, with gauge weight voted in for the next epoch. And as of today both pools are live on Convex Finance, where you can stake your LP shares for rewards on top. Links below.

trUSD and strUSD both trade on Curve Finance. There are two ways to use it. The first is swapping. You buy trUSD with USDC in one pool and move between strUSD and trUSD in the other, which lets you enter and exit a yield position at market price rather than waiting out the 7-day cooldown. We decided we didn’t want to wait to announce this… In addition to launching $FOMO/Agent pairing on our platform. We are launching the powerhouse behind our ecosystem: The FOMO DAO. It’s the treasury, the engine, and the backbone of our ecosystem—managing assets, funding rewards, and driving growth. Here’s how it works. 💰🚀 1. Treasury Asset Sources The FOMO DAO gets its bag from: AI Agent Token Allocations: 5% of every new AI agent token minted goes to the treasury. Bonding Curve Fees: Every trade on the bonding curve sends SOL straight into the DAO. Partnership Tokens: Collaborations with other projects are added to the treasury as well. Strategic Partnerships become more diversified assets for the treasury. As the platform grows, so does the DAO’s bag. 📈 2. Building Healthy Communities The FOMO DAO invests in the ecosystem to create strong, engaged communities around every AI agent. More stability = more confidence for creators and users alike. 3. Growing the Treasury Here’s the alpha: the FOMO DAO grows alongside the platform. More AI agents launched = more assets in the treasury. Even a few agents going big can turn the DAO into an absolute powerhouse. 4. TL;DR: The FOMO DAO is the core of the platform. It’s not just managing assets—it’s building an ecosystem that rewards degens, creators, and communities. With the DAO growing every day, the future of FOMO is looking brighter than ever. Don’t miss your chance to be part of it. 🚀

What we are seeing with $ANSEM Ansem 🐂🀄️ is just the beginning. Remember, we are only a couple months in and still near the bottom of this next cycle. What happens when volume actually starts to flow in. A lot of current traders were onboarded during the bear market and do not realize what is about to happen. Ansem 🐂🀄️ did the following at the BOTTOM. > RAN a coin from $0 to $440M market cap in the middle of an onchain bear market doing 500M+ in volume while airdropping 10M+ of the supply to people and STILL being the highest market cap coin on-chain after forming support for over a month. Now we have other coins and betas spawning to help support $ANSEM. $MANLET is the first memecoin (launched on Stonk) to be paired with $ANSEM. It has 4% fees, most of which are buying back ANSEM and continuously adding buy pressure. These buybacks are also airdropped to MANLET holders. The higher ANSEM goes, the more attention MANLET gets, which adds volume and adds buybacks to ANSEM. And so on. Hold MANLET, earn ANSEM. The trenches are healing and when $ANSEM breaks into the billions make sure you are positioned.

While it’s definitely hard to win, it’s incredibly difficult to master. The World Figure 8 3-Hour Endurance Championship at the Indianapolis Speedrome. 3 Hours of nonstop crossover action, with drivers making over 800 trips through the “intersection” on average in a race. Normally $20,000 to win, and the 50th 3-Hour Championship is coming up in 2026. 24 cars start this race on the 1/5 bullring, and normally 40-50+ cars show up. As one of the starting 24 cars wreck or pull off the track, one of the drivers who didn’t start the race are then able to pull out and start the race so many laps down. Then if the guy pulls back on who pulled off, you can easily get 30+ cars on track at once.

🚨BREAKING: Armed men, dressed like ICE agents, were filmed in Minneapolis pulling guns on TWO U.S. citizens, while refusing to show a warrant as they made an arrest. A video show heavily armed individuals removing someone from a house. When bystanders ask for a warrant, none was given, and there are no clear confirmed agency identifiers beyond tactical-style clothing. As a car attempts to drive down the street, one of the armed men approaches and pulls his gun and points it directly at the driver, who appears to be simply trying to pass through. In a second clip, the same individual pulls his gun and points it at an anti-ICE protester, who is turned away from him. The armed man appears to then pull the trigger multiple times. As of now, it is unclear whether they are federal agents, or private contractors. Until officials clearly identify who these men are and under what authority they were operating, the public is left watching armed individuals pull guns on civilians, in broad daylight, and wondering who, exactly, is responsible.

Both Joe Rogan and Ian Carroll believe there were 2 JFK shooters and neither was the driver. JFK's head famously goes 'back and to the left' with the top of his head exploding upwards. How could the driver have been the shooter if the driver was also on the left? Even if the driver is holding a gun, he was a secret service agent whose job it was to pull his gun if shots are fired. The driver is misdirection. The truth is right in front of us, but it will be very difficult for people to accept. The first shot came from a mechanism built into the car fired from the passenger seat which struck JFK in the neck. The second shot came from Jackie who fired from below with a small custom gun she carried in her purse. She wasn't trying to collect JFK's brains but trying to hand off the gun to the agent running behind the car. Watch it carefully. She leans in as she pulls the trigger. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

This is pure chemistry theater. In front of a room full of kids, a science teacher pours two clear liquids into a beaker. One sits on top of the other. At the thin boundary where they meet, something extraordinary happens. Long polymer chains start forming on their own. He reaches in and pulls out a continuous thread of nylon. That’s the classic “nylon rope trick” of interfacial polymerization. Two different monomers react only at the interface between the water layer and the organic layer. As you pull the thread, more nylon keeps forming, almost like the reaction is feeding itself. No heat. No stirring. Just molecules finding each other and linking up into a solid polymer right before your eyes. The kids are completely locked in, and honestly, so should every adult. This is one of those rare demonstrations that makes polymer chemistry feel like actual magic. Science doesn’t get much more satisfying than this.

The new Fable 5.1 built three games and did it 7% cheaper! We gave the same prompts through Atomic Agent: ✦ Sticky ball that rolls up everything in its path ✦ Capybara surfing down a river, Subway Surfers style ✦ Dumpling running an endless conveyor dodge Outputs: ✦ Claude Fable 5, via Atomic Agent: $7.65 ✦ Claude Fable 5.1, via Atomic Agent: $7.08 Run it through an agent and that cache discount is where the money hides. The loop reads the file, watches it break, and pulls the whole context back in to fix it, over and over. Every one of those re-reads costs a quarter on 5.1 of what it cost on 5. Same games on screen, and the newer version just spends less to get there. Across three builds the loop paid for the upgrade on its own.
