Gary Brecka drops a key biohack: "Every single person should be on a methylated multivitamin—at minimum." Why? Methylation powers neurotransmitter production—turning tryptophan → serotonin, phenylalanine/tyrosine → dopamine. Without the right raw materials (active forms like methylfolate/5-MTHF & methylcobalamin/B12), conversions stall → neurotransmitter shortages → mood issues, low energy, "mental...

FOLIC ACID...Does Not Exist Anywhere On The Surface Of The Earth. Folic Acid Is A Lab Created Chemical Wreaking Havoc On Our Health. They Spray Our Grains & Call It 'Fortified.' They Add It To Our Supplements & Call It 'Necessary.' Folate Is Required. Folic Acid Is Poison. Synthetic lab created Folic Acid causes more harm than good & it's risks outweigh any potential benefit. 45% of the world's population cannot process or convert synthetic Folic Acid into Methyl Folate because of the MTHFR gene mutation. Synthetic Folic Acid builds & builds within the body, accumulating & mutating to cause grave harm. In addition to vitamin supplements, here in the US, we spray the chemical or synthetic form of folate, called folic acid, on basically all grains – wheat, corn, rice. We also ‘enrich’ foods containing grains with folic acid – things like bread, pasta, bagels, and cereal. It is also added to energy drinks, gatorade type drinks & vitamin water drinks. The problem here in lies, this excessive synthetic Folic Acid accumulates & is harmful. Your body can’t actually use folic acid. It’s not a real nutrient. They engineer it in a lab. The only way your body is able to use this synthetic nutrient is by converting it into actual folate, which it does by using an enzyme called MTHFR. This makes it near impossible for a person to methylate folic acid & other B vitamins properly. Too much folic acid floating around & not enough methylated folate can snowball into a whole host of issues. An increase in unmetabolized Folic Acid leads to many issues including fetal loss & miscarriage. First, it can lead to an immune dysfunction by dysregulation of natural killer cells, leading to increased tumorigenesis. Increased folic acid has been linked to accelerations of leukemia, colorectal & prostate cancers. Accumulated synthetic Folic Acid also causes B12 deficiency anemia, leading to a host of mental & cognitive issues. Folic Acid causes liver damage, neurological issues, immune system dysregulation & blood clotting issues. The answer is to remove ALL sources of synthetic Folic Acid from the diet. Eliminate inferior supplements containing Folic Acid. Remove all 'fortified' & 'enriched' grains & drinks. You can heal an actual Folate deficiency with high Folate foods, consuming beef liver & a Methylated Folate supplement. 👇The Hazards Of Synthetic Folic Acid👇 👇Folic Acid: History & Future Concerns👇 👇The Truth About Folic Acid & MTHFR👇 Speaker: Gary Brecka, human biologist Video: @_NeuroHealth

"Over 80% Of Manufacturers Use Synthetic B12 From Cyanide & Sludge." "The Fermentation & Extraction Process Uses The Chemical Weapon Hydrogen Cyanide & The Waste From Human Sewage Treatment Plants." Gary Brecka "Cyanocobalamin Is Slowly Poisoning You & Sabotaging Your Health." B12 In Sewage...vitamin B12 compounds can be found in sewage sludge because the bacteria that produce cobalamins exist in wastewater environments. Certain bacteria, such as those from the genus Propionibacterium, are known for their ability to synthesize vitamin B12 & are present in many environments, including wastewater treatment systems. In 1987, researchers isolated & identified two new vitamin B12 factors from sewage sludge. The Propionibacterium genus has distinct metabolic pathways that enable it to synthesize cobalamin efficiently. These bacteria can grow & produce vitamin B12 on various substrates, including waste products. Hydrogen Cyanide...has been known as a potent toxicant for over 200 years. It was used as a chemical warfare agent during World War I, by the Nazis as genocide & reports of it being used in the Iran-Iraq war in the 80s. The acute toxicity of cyanide has been well documented in humans. Symptoms of toxicity include headache, breathlessness, weakness, palpitations, nausea & tremors. Chronic exposure to cyanide results in neuropathies, thyroid goiter & diabetes. Synthetic B12 Cyanocobalamin Side Effects... Hypokalemia: Low potassium & electrolyte imbalances. Gastrointestinal issues: Mild diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain. Headache: A frequent side effect, especially if several products containing cyanocobalamin are taken in foods, drinks & supplements everyday. General fatigue: Feeling unusually weak or tired. Neurological sensations: Tingling or numbness in the hands and feet. Cardiovascular: Palpitations & AFib. Blood Issues: Blood clots in the limbs. Kidney Issues: Cyanocobalamin accumulation. Neuropathy: Numbness or tingling & joint pain. Shortness of breath: (Even with mild exertion), swelling, rapid weight gain. Pulmonary edema: Congestive heart failure, peripheral vascular thrombosis. Methylated B12, as Methylcobalamin, is the natural bioavailable form that the human body needs & is abundantly found in animal sourced foods. B12 found in foods, which is the bioavailable methylated form, not only heals deficiency in the general population, but critical for the 40% of people who have gene mutation MTHFR. The Richest Whole Food Sources Of B12: Beef: Lean beef provides a significant amount of B12. Eggs: A widely available and good source of B12. Dairy Products: Milk, yogurt & cheese naturally contain Vitamin B12. Poultry: Chicken & turkey also contain Vitamin B12, though generally in smaller amounts than red meat or fish. Clams: These are extremely high in Vitamin B12, with some sources suggesting they are one of the best sources available. Liver & Kidney Meats: Liver from animals like beef & pork is an excellent source of B12. Sardines: A rich source of B12 and omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon: Offers a good amount of B12. Tuna: Canned tuna is a convenient source of B12. Mackerel & Trout: These fish are also good B12 sources. Other Seafood: Oysters and mussels are other highly nutritious options rich in B12. All forms of anemia can be healed thru an animal based diet with a targeted focus on grass fed organic beef organs with its concentrated nutrition. I healed from 3 forms of anemia many years ago by adding grass fed organs in capsule form to an animal based diet. If you are suffering from & struggling to heal anemia naturally, I encourage you to explore a quality grass fed beef organ supplement. Imagine feeling like you’re in your 20s again — no CPAP, no endless pills, boundless energy every single day. That’s exactly what happened to Dana White after 10 weeks working with Gary Brecka… and Megyn Kelly just got him to spill every detail. The crazy part? It’s not some secret peptide or $20,000 IV drip. It starts with three non-negotiables that every single Blue Zone (the places where people routinely live past 100) has in common: 1. Sleep like your life depends on it (because it does) 2. Eat only foods your great-grandmother would recognize 3. Move every single day — sitting really is the new smoking But here’s where it gets wild: once those are locked in, Brecka runs one simple cheek-swab genetic test that shows exactly which raw materials (vitamins, minerals, methylated folate, etc.) your unique body can’t convert properly. Give your body the exact nutrients it’s been begging for — often things as basic as real vitamin D3 from sunlight or a bioavailable B vitamin — and the results feel like pure magic. Restless mind at 2 a.m.? Fixed. Bloated after the same meal one day but not the next? Gone. Brain fog and zero motivation? Suddenly you’re crushing life again. This 5:49 clip of Gary laying it all out for Megyn is straight fire — zero fluff, all science, all results. If you’ve ever wondered why you’re “doing everything right” but still feel off… watch this now. Your future 20-year-old-feeling self will thank you

Imagine carrying the silent burden of anxiety that strikes out of nowhere—or high blood pressure your doctor calls "familial" and hands you pills for life. You've accepted it as bad luck in the genetic lottery. Then Gary Brecka steps in on Megyn Kelly's show and completely rewires the story: We are not designed to inherit diseases. Evolution made sure of that. What families actually pass down are subtle methylation glitches—tiny "refinery" breakdowns that prevent the body from turning common nutrients into forms it can use. The biggest offender? The MTHFR mutation, quietly affecting ~46% of people. It blocks the conversion of synthetic folic acid (the lab-created version sprayed on nearly every fortified cereal, bread, pasta, and rice) into active methyl folate. The fallout is devastating yet fixable: - Unusable folic acid piles up while methyl folate runs dry - Gut motility grinds to a halt → chronic bloating, IBS, irregularity - Serotonin production crashes → that random, triggerless anxiety no medication ever truly touches Brecka’s message is pure hope: Give the body the usable nutrient it’s missing, and these "lifelong" conditions can dramatically improve—or even resolve. No more zombie side effects, no more feeling doomed by DNA. This perspective doesn’t just explain why anxiety and gut issues are inseparable twins. It exposes how modern food fortification accidentally turned a common genetic variation into a widespread health crisis. If you’ve ever felt trapped by a family health pattern that medicine only managed, not fixed—this could be the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for. Watch Gary Brecka lay it out with stunning clarity in the attached 5:53 clip. It’s one of those rare conversations that leaves you thinking, “Why isn’t everyone talking about this?” If this hits home, please share it with someone you care about who’s struggling—they might thank you forever. Rebounding, or jumping on a mini-trampoline, offers a variety of health benefits for the body that are both surprising and impressive. Here’s a detailed look at some of the key advantages: 1. Improved Cardiovascular Health ❤️ Rebounding is an excellent way to get your heart pumping and improve cardiovascular health. The rhythmic motion increases heart rate, promoting better circulation and strengthening the heart muscle over time. 2. Lymphatic System Boost 🌿 Unlike many other forms of exercise, rebounding is particularly effective at stimulating the lymphatic system. The up-and-down motion helps to flush out toxins, waste, and other unwanted materials from the body, which can enhance your immune system and overall health. 3. Enhanced Balance and Coordination ⚖️ The unstable surface of the trampoline forces your body to engage multiple muscles to maintain balance, which over time improves your coordination and stability. This can be especially beneficial for older adults looking to maintain their independence and reduce the risk of falls. 4. Low-Impact Exercise 🌟 Despite its effectiveness, rebounding is gentle on the joints. The trampoline absorbs much of the impact, making it a great option for those with joint pain or those recovering from injuries, while still providing a high-intensity workout. 5. Muscle Toning and Strengthening 💪 Rebounding works out various muscle groups, particularly in the core, legs, and lower back. Regular sessions can lead to improved muscle tone, increased strength, and better posture. 6. Improved Bone Density 🦴 The gentle impact on bones from rebounding can stimulate bone growth and increase bone density, which is crucial for preventing osteoporosis and maintaining bone health as we age. 7. Stress Relief and Mental Health 😌 The rhythmic motion of bouncing has been shown to have calming effects, reducing stress and anxiety. Additionally, the physical activity releases endorphins, the body's natural mood lifters, which can help to combat depression and improve overall mental well-being. 8. Better Digestion and Gut Health 🍎 Rebounding can also positively impact digestion by stimulating the digestive tract, promoting better nutrient absorption, and reducing issues like constipation. The gentle motion helps to massage the intestines, aiding in regular bowel movements. 9. Increased Energy Levels ⚡️ Regular rebounding can lead to higher energy levels. The exercise helps to improve circulation and oxygen flow throughout the body, which can leave you feeling more energized and less fatigued throughout the day. 10. Weight Loss and Fat Burning 🔥 Rebounding is an effective calorie-burning exercise. It increases metabolism and helps to burn fat, making it a great option for those looking to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. Incorporating just a few minutes of rebounding into your daily routine can provide a wide array of benefits, making it a versatile and effective way to support your overall health and well-being.

😳 Autistic and hyper-creative = adaptive de-evolution ☣️ Pleb Kruse = BTC foundationalist in exile 🟩🔆 is saying in this video that what we now label as “autistic” or “hyper-creative” is a biological fallback mode caused by broken light signaling into the thalamus, the brain’s main sensory gatekeeper. The brain adapts to survive, but it does so by narrowing perception, not expanding it. First, let’s understand in a simple way what the thalamus actually does. Think of the thalamus as the gatekeeper of reality. It decides what reaches consciousness and what doesn’t. When light and timing break, the gate fails, chaos rushes in, and it can’t decide anymore. What Jack means by “de-evolution” is not an insult. It is a directional statement. Evolution means: better integration wider perception more efficient energy use De-evolution means: less integration narrower perception higher energy cost These are adaptations, not upgrades. The brain is saying: “I cannot process the full signal, so I will amplify one narrow channel to survive.” Is this good or bad for our race? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Depends if we get a world full of Dr Jack… or a world full of very low IQs 👀 Why is the thalamus the key? Because it is light-dependent. It is built to synchronize: retina suprachiasmatic nucleus (our master clock) cortex mitochondria When light signaling is distorted by: blue light at night lack of sunrise EMFs (electromagnetic fields) poor DHA (docosahexaenoic acid, a brain fat antenna) loss of darkness the thalamus loses timing accuracy. Timing is everything 🙌🏻 in biology. Lose timing and: sensory gating fails social integration collapses context disappears 🧐 Why does creativity often appear with autism? Here is the paradox. When the thalamic gate narrows, the brain blocks social noise, emotional complexity, and contextual clutter, but over-amplifies internal pattern recognition. That is why some autistic individuals are brilliant at math, music, code, or art, but struggle with social reality. It is not higher consciousness. It is selective survival wiring. In the same way, a major brain injury can rewire the brain and the person suddenly becomes a “genius”. We humans evolved to be contextual, social, rhythmic, and time-aware. A brain that cannot: ❌ track circadian rhythm ❌ integrate multisensory input ❌ read emotional timing is less adapted to the natural world, not more. The uncomfortable truth is that our “progress” changed: ✅ the light ✅ the magnetism ✅ the water ✅ the timing The brain adapted to survive the mismatch. That adaptation saved lives, but it is not evolution forward. Even geniuses like Nikola Tesla, by giving us AC (alternating current), delivered an atomic bomb to our biology. Why does this matter for us? Because the solution is not pills or therapy. It is REDOX plus less wrong progress. Fix the input and the thalamus recalibrates. The brain regains timing. 🫣 I know what Jack is saying is radical, but it is internally consistent with the signals humanity has lived under, from Mother Nature and Father Sun. For the last 25,000 years, humans have been adapting to artificial, alien environments, and that “👽” is the result of de-evolution. 🧥 Take clothing, for example. It is not neutral. Skin is not just a cover. Skin is a solar antenna. It senses sunlight, temperature, magnetism, and season. When we lived naked or minimally clothed, the skin talked directly to mitochondria 👍🏻 When we started wearing clothes, that conversation was muted 👎🏻 Clothing is not culture 😬 it is insulation from environmental truth. 🙇🏻‍♀️ Here is the key idea people miss. Creativity often appears when the environment no longer gives clear instructions. When the external signal is weak, the brain turns inward. Can we fix it with redox? In my opinion, redox does not remove “gifts”, it removes chaos. When chaos is gone, the brain no longer has to compensate so hard, and massive improvement, or even reversal, becomes possible. Long rant, but worth it, please read & share. A bunch of businessmen, some quite famous, sit around a table discussing the "business of alcohol." So far so good. Alcohol is good business, a business that leech out others life. It rakes in money for governments through taxation & monopoly; and fattens the bank accounts of those behind the industry (like this round table group) and makes barons out of those who sell well. But when these businessmen, start glorifying their business of alcohol by equating it to "good healthcare intervention," it goes definitely into the realm of health misinformation, which is why, I have to keep discussing this absolutely garbage myth that "alcohol in moderation is good for you" and the absolute nonsense disclaimer to support that myth, which they call "drink responsibly." You know, first of all, it is easy for these rich men and women to glorify their alcohol business and discuss their high flying life, because "God" forbid, if they ever land with diseases related to alcohol - from strokes, to cancers to liver disease to mental health disorder - they can afford the best care out there. I treat alcohol use disorder and related acute liver disease, chronic liver failure and acute-on-chronic liver failure (the most devastating of them all with highest death rate without a timely liver transplantation) on a daily basis. I am not even saying "almost on a daily basis" - it is daily. Every single day from Monday to Friday - both in-patients, as well as out-patients. Patients and families struggle to make ends meet for proper healthcare because alcohol use destroyed their life savings. And by the time they find the funds to get things going, the patient is already on the ventilator and in multiple organ failure. They use the money to bury the dead person - killed by alcohol (normalized by round-table discussions like these) and the rest of the money, go toward the fatherless childrens education. Nice going? To claim drinking alcohol in moderation is good, is actually a crime. It is a crime towards humanity, it is not in good-faith --> it is in good-faith to run the business yes, because the many people who use it occassionally, move on to frequently, and then get dependent or "routinize" it. These businessmen have nothing to lose - because they have already put up a stupid disclaimer to get away with it - "drink responsibly." So it becomes the drinkers fault. But then is it really? Drinking alcohol is a choice. But drinking more alcohol becomes "not" a choice anymore. The first drink takes your brain. It reduces brain volume, gives you a dopamine kick, makes you happy. And then onwards, you are alcohol's slave. The drinks increase. Or a routine sticks. The alcohol controls your life. You have to drink to stay happy. And then the serotonin (the actual happiness hormone, not the pleasuring one like dopamine) cease to work inside your brain and the mental health disorder that follows will swallow you whole. You die. Your family is brioken. There is no money left. If you are lucky and rich like these people sitting around this table doing this nonsense of a podcast, then you may be able to afford a lifesaving organ transplant or healthcare intervention. There is no safe level of alcohol that is good for human health and every person who claims drinking in moderation is good for you, is actually an idiot, intellectually depleted and without any regard for fellow humans and lack compassion. No amount of alcohol is safe because it is not just a liver poison, it is systemic poison. It gets to every part of your body. Even single to lowest exposure can wreck your DNA and promote cancer formation. There is scientific evidence to this. ✅️ ✅ Any amount of alcohol can increase your chances of getting at least 7 types of dreadful cancers. ➡️ & ➡️ It is not just disease causing, but alcohol use is also a societal poison. It drives people into becoming menace to society, takes lives, wrecks havoc in homes and is the real widow-maker. Have you forgotten these so quickly? 🔴The 17-year-old Pune boy, son of a renowned real-estate developer Vishal Agarwal, spent a whooping Rs 48,000 in just 90 minutes in one of the two pubs he visited on Saturday evening where he consumed alcohol with his friends before ramming his Porsche Taycan into a motorcycle, killing two young techies. and this one? India’s alcohol deaths are higher than China; per capita consumption is set to rise: WHO And please allow me refresh your memory about this patient of mine. Rich business people can sit around a table and discuss the business of alcohol and the "best alcohol" that they savor and falsely glorify and normalize alcohol use among youth, but end-of-the-line physicians like me have to bear the brunt of their intellectually deficient, a humanism lacking stupid conversations. "The 4th Laddu": Doctor Shares Emotional Post About A Patient Who Touched His Heart Also banning alcohol has NOT led to economies go into shambles. For example a recent study in the Lancet Regional Health showed that "strict alcohol regulation policies may yield significant population level health benefits for frequent drinkers and many victims of intimate partner violence." In fact, "economic savings and health benefits from reduced alcohol consumption may be substantial—particularly in the health sector with reduced alcohol-related disease and injury." So please chuck that idea that "banning/ limiting or reducing alcohol sales" actually desroys economies. In fact it improves it because you get a helathier population. See the Nordic Schema: “A comprehensive ban on alcohol marketing, enforced at the national and local level, is a best practice for reducing alcohol sales and consumption." - which means, podcasts like these, which glorify alcohol use and market it indirectly must also be burned to the ground and held accountable. There is no healthy or safe alcohol. There is no best alcohol. Alcohol is ethanol, which is a systemic and societal poison. Do not glorify it. And this why there is no "responsible drinking," because you cannot advice people to "drink poison responsibly." Podcast discussions like these are helping no one here. Please, do something that actually helps people out here. Do something good for the society, instead of goofing up like this. No one asked for this absolute bonkers of a podcast topic. Irresponsible. The whole team. For a realistic detailed discussion on alcohol and its effects on the body and why we must avoid it at all costs, please see my deep discussion with Ranveer Allahbadia here: And on that final note, I must confess that the title of podcast series (video below) was perfectly named: WTF.

Molly is trending because Regina Daniels said she doesn’t take drugs, just Molly. So, Nigerians are wondering whether Molly is a drug or candy. Well, Molly is a synthetic type of MDMA 3,4-Methylenedioxy-Methamphetamine. Interestingly, Molly and Ecstasy are two different drugs. Molly is sold as crystals or powder. Esctasy is sold as tablets in fun shapes. It’s a drug that evokes happiness. It releases three brain chemicals; Serotonin, Dopamine and Norepinephrine. Helping regulate mood, emotions, bonding and perhaps, intense happiness. Which kicks in after 20-30mins of consumption. Ideally, Molly is not supposed to be addictive. It’s an illegal product made in illegal labs using industrial grade chemicals. But dealers often add cocaine, fentanyl and other opioids to the mixture. As pure MDMA, is expensive to make. This is what gets people addicted. Pure molly is usually in raw power or crystal form. It is a popular pill in parties, worldwide, gained virality in the 80’s in Europe. Infact, it’s now so popular that it’s taken like tom tom, and people have grown resistant to it that they have to take multiple pieces. Perhaps that’s why Regina said it so casually. It’s now socially seen like weed (loud). In most rehabs people who are admitted on Molly/Esctasy addiction all had traces of cocaine and fentanyl. — What is fentanyl? Let’s just say it is a drug about 50x stronger than Heroin. And it is currently the leading cause of OD deaths worldwide. In essence, Regina Daniels takes drugs. But in her test result. She was negative for Molly. Molly leaves the blood after 2 days. 1-4 days from Urine. 1-2 days from Saliva. But could stay up to 90 days in the hair. Molly is dangerous. It increases heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature, can cause panic, anxiety, and depression, and with repeated use may lead to dependency, withdrawal symptoms, addiction, and long-term mental health problems. Hashimoto's Hypothyroid..."You Want To Talk About A Pandemic?...We Have A Pandemic Of Medicating Organs In The Body That Have Done Nothing Wrong." The Only Guarantee If You're On Thyroid Medication Is That Your Dosage Will Increase. Why?...Because You're Killing The Thyroid. The 3 Part Protocol I Used To Heal My Thyroid 8 Years Ago. I Got Off Of Big Pharma's Payroll...A Patient Cured Is A Customer Lost. 1⃣ Adopt The Diet: A Ketogenic Carnivore Diet provides the framework & building blocks to heal & reverse hypothyroidism. The thyroid requires abundant protein with all of the bioavailable nutrients that animal sourced foods provide. Consume at least 1 gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight. The thyroid cannot heal on subclinical protein intake. Structure the diet around ruminant meat of beef, bison, venison, etc. Include an abundance of eggs, low mercury seafood, pork & poultry if tolerated. This is the source of the healing methylated natural B vitamins for thyroid T4 that is responsible for 80% of thyroid hormone production. Saturated animal fat is also required for optimal thyroid function. Consume & cook with butter, ghee, tallow, suet, lard & duck fat. Unrefined mineral salt is a must for the trace minerals that the thyroid requires. Focus on hormone production thru weightlifting, not cardio...as cardio further depletes adrenal & thyroid function. 2⃣ Eliminate Anti-Thyroid Foods: There are many foods that are Goitrogens...these are harmful to thyroid health & function. These are the vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts & seeds that cause a goiter, when the thyroid is starved of the iodine it requires to function & make thyroid hormone. Wheat/Gluten, Grains, Soy, Nuts & Seeds, Potatoes, Legumes, Cruciferous Vegetables & Certain Fruits contain thyroid harming Lectins, Oxalates, Goitrogens, Phytic Acid & Saponins. (article linked below) All of these plant anti-nutrients block absorption of iodine & it's required cofactors...the thyroid will never heal if these continue to be in the daily diet. If you are dairy intolerant or dairy sensitive, dairy should be eliminated as well. The gut inflammation that occurs will hinder key nutrient absorption & prohibit thyroid healing. 3⃣ Supplements For Optimal Thyroid: Iodine: Every cell in the body requires iodine & we no longer get enough from our soil or food. The thyroid alone uses 6 mg each day & the rest of the body uses an additional 4 mg each day. Lugol's 2% Iodine drops is the easy way to supplement. Iodine has required cofactors that must be in the diet or in supplement form: Methylated B Vitamins, Selenium, Zinc, Iron, Tyrosine & Copper. Make sure your ketogenic carnivore diet has ample supply of these nutrients &/or add grass fed beef organs or freeze dried beef organ supplement capsules. Prioritize natural daily sun exposure for D assimilation & hormone production &/or red light therapy. Magnesium Glycinate or Threonate is required as a cofactor for Vitamin D assimilation. Sweat therapy &/or Sauna to detoxify the body from anti-nutrients in the Eliminate category. This protocol healed my Hypothyroidism in 12 months in 2018. I slowly eliminated all of the supplements in 2022, while getting abundant nutrition in 150-200 grams of protein each day & the same or higher grams of saturated animal sourced fats. Prioritizing red meat & fish(Iodine & Selenium) & grass fed beef organ supplements & magnesium glycinate maintains thyroid healing. Let me know in the comments or thru DM if you have any questions or concerns about any part of the protocol. I will gladly answer any & all questions! 👇Low Carbohydrate Diet Reverses Hashimoto's👇 👇Iodine & Selenium Required To Heal Hashimoto's👇 👇Foods That Harm The Thyroid To Eliminate👇 Speaker: Gary Brecka, human biologist

Commercial Fluoride Is A Thief...The Industrial Waste That Could Be Stealing Your Thyroid Health. Dr Ben Bikman, PhD The Thyroid Is Completely Dependent On Iodine & Fluoride Will Compete With Iodine & Block Its Absorption. Iodine Is The Backbone Of T3 & T4 Hormone Production. Fluoride is the problem... Fluoride is a neurotoxin & should have never been added to anything humans use or consume....not toothpaste, not mouthwash & definitely not drinking water. It is a chemical byproduct of aluminum, steel, cement, phosphate & nuclear weapons manufacturing. Before the public was convinced that adding fluoride to their water was for their own good, the metal & chemical industries had the problem of disposing of their highly toxic fluoride waste. Now, thanks to corporate lobbyists & the big lie sold to the public about supposed health benefits, the fluoride waste is dumped into our municipal water supplies & into our personal care products. Not only did this solve their toxic waste disposal problem but allowed them to sell it for a profit at a markup of 20,000 times. Iodine is the solution... Iodine is the body's master internal detoxifier of heavy metals, fluoride, chlorine, bromine & the radiation residue that builds up in tissues. Fluoride infiltrates where Iodine should be & harms thyroid function. Hypothyroid is caused by heavy metals poisoning because Iodine cannot uptake into the cells. Which is why Iodine supplementation & a healing protocol heals Hypothyroid permanently. 10 Life Transformative Benefits of Iodine... 1: Detox Mercury, Aluminum, Lead, Fluoride & Bromide 2: Shrinks Cysts, Fibroids & Tumors 3: Prevents Cancer & Parasitic Infections 4: Heals Candida & Fungal Infections 5: Relieves Menopause symptoms, hot flashes & acne 6: Breaks down scar tissue & adhesions 7: Lifts mood & brain fog 8: Heals Hypothyroidism 9: Stimulates hair growth & relieves cold intolerance 10: Heals immune system & reduces inflammation Our soil, water & food are mostly devoid of Iodine in this modern era. Even consuming large quantities of eggs, seafood & raw dairy may not be enough to reach optimal Iodine intake each day. Each of our cells has an iodine receptor site & if there is no available iodine to uptake into the cell, heavy metals will displace & occupy that site. The RDA dose of 150 mcg is only set to prevent a Thyroid Goiter, not the amount every cell needs for vibrant optimal health. Your thyroid gland alone needs about 6 mg of iodine per day for optimal function. The rest of the body uses an additional 4 mg each day. For optimal wellness, which is what we always strive for, you need approximately 10 mg of Iodine each day. Iodine also has required cofactors which are easy to acquire the trace amounts needed thru diet. Iodine needs selenium, zinc, copper, iron & methylated B. An easy way to reach optimal intake involves just a few drops of Lugol's 2% Liquid Iodine. Each drop delivers 2.5 mg of bioavailable Iodine. I have taken J. Crow brand for years, after using a natural protocol 8 yrs ago to heal Hypothyroid. 👇Fluoride Is A Neurotoxin👇 👇200+ Studies On Fluoride Harm & Toxicity👇 👇Fluoride Exposure Affects Thyroid👇 Speaker: Dr Benjamin Bikman, PhD

This battery is about to change the world in 3 months, or make this guy a fool | Fred Lambert, Hacker News Donut Lab lit the EV and energy storage industry on fire last week with its announcement of a 400 Wh/kg solid-state battery cell that can last for 100 years. At face value, if true, we are looking at the single most disruptive announcement in the history of the electric vehicle industry and energy storage as a whole. We aren’t just talking about a better motorcycle battery. If the claims of a 5-minute charge, 100,000-cycle life, and ~400 Wh/kg energy density are accurate and scalable, as Donut Lab claims, this is the holy grail of energy storage. Battery breakthrough announcements generally don’t catch fire like this, but Donut Lab’s did because it said that the cell was already in production and will be in a production vehicle, Verge’s electric motorcycle, this quarter. It gave credibility to the claim, pushing everyone to report on it. Now, we have interviewed Donut Lab’s CEO and investigated the technology. At this point, it looks like either this battery changes the world within the next 3 months, or it will make the CEO look like a fool. In this article, we discuss the impact of the battery, whether real or not, as well as clues about the secret sauce behind its chemistry. The Holy Grail of Energy Storage Consider the implications. A battery that lasts 100,000 cycles is effectively immortal in human terms. You could charge it every single day for 270 years, and it would still be working. It means the battery outlives the vehicle, not just once, but ten times over. It changes the economics of transportation entirely: you buy the battery once, and you swap it into your next five cars. The power density required for a 5-minute charge and the 400 Wh/kg of energy density opens the door to commercial electric aviation, a sector currently strangled by the weight and slow charging speeds of lithium-ion. It solves the grid storage problem by offering a medium that doesn’t degrade, meaning utility companies could amortize the cost over a century rather than a decade. If this is real, the internal combustion engine didn’t just die today; it was buried 100 feet deep, and every other battery is not far behind. But, and this is a massive “but”, extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof, and Donut Lab has yet to release that proof. And that brings us to the man making them. The Man Betting His Reputation I spoke with Marko Lehtimäki, the CEO of Donut Lab and Chairman of Verge Motorcycles. My goal was simple: ask him about the chemistry behind his battery and, if that doesn’t work, look him in the eye and figure out if he’s selling vaporware or if he’s sitting on the breakthrough of the century. Marko isn’t a random guy shouting about a battery breakthrough that will change the world. He is a legit entrepreneur. A computer scientist who built a no-coding app builder years before “vibe coding” was even a thing and sold it to SAP. After the successful exit, he became an investor and serial entrepreneur with his biggest, or most well-known, company being Verge Motorcycles, which has real products on the road. By announcing that this “miracle battery” is already in production and will be shipping in customer vehicles within 10 weeks, he is betting his entire personal reputation on this technology. If he misses this timeline or if the specs are fake, Donut Labs and Verge Motorcycles might not survive the credibility loss. He has a lot to lose here. In my article about the battery announcement last week, I noted that Marko’s presentation was incredible. He basically described a perfect battery: record energy density, incredible charge rate, unprecedented longevity, no rare metals, a cost lower than traditional Li-ion cells, and in scalable production right now. Sounds too good to be true? The only thing he didn’t share was details about the chemistry, beyond saying it doesn’t use lithium or other rare metals. What’s the point of protecting the chemistry if the battery is already in production and it will be in a product shipped this quarter? If that’s true, the battery will be reverse-engineered before the snow completely melts. We discussed it with Marko during our interview. His logic is that once the bikes ship, competitors will tear them down and figure it out anyway. But that won’t happen for another 10 weeks or so, and the head start is critical for a technology this disruptive. In the meantime, Donut Lab’s goal with the announcement was to get the attention of OEMs and ship them battery packs for validation. Marko said: We are right now shipping demo packs to OEMs under NDAs and under tight disclosures so that they can test that all of that is true, which serves our business very well [better than disclosing the chemistry]. But these programs with OEMs are likely to take a long time before they become public. Shorter term, there’s Verge Motorcycles shipping bikes with the battery by the end of the quarter. Before that, Marko also said that we should soon see third-party testing of those cells: We rather right now ship it to authorized research and science center that tests everything without opening it and telling everybody what’s in there. In short, we should have a good idea whether the claims are true or not in just a few weeks no matter what. What does Marko, or Donut Lab, have to gain by lying about this? I also discussed this with Marko and the only thing I could come up with is if he happens to be raising capital right now, but he shut that down: There are a million investors chasing us right now, but we are literally not talking to anybody. We tell investors that we can discuss terms after we have done all our disclosures. Marko insisted that Donut Lab is not taking any investment until they have proven their cells work. In short, it’s hard to find an upside for Donut Lab in making this announcement if the claims are not true. It doesn’t mean that they are, but it makes you think. The Investigation: What Is the “Donut Battery”? So, what is the secret sauce? Marko wouldn’t say, but after digging into public records, supply chains, and research papers, I believe we have a pretty good idea. Let me preface this by saying that I’m not a chemist or physicist, but I’ve been a journalist covering electric vehicles for more than a decade, and I’m pretty good at connecting the dots, and in this case, I’ve had the help of a couple of great sources, too. I’m not saying that this is the Donut Lab battery, but since they are not sharing much, we have to speculate, and all evidence points to a Finnish nanotechnology startup called Nordic Nano and its Chief Scientist, Dr. Bela Bhuskute. Donut Lab invested in Nordic Nano in October 2025, just months before this announcement. At the time of writing this, the press release has fewer than 200 views. The announcement went under the radar, and while Marko said that Nordic Nano is more of a “solar company” during our interview, the announcement mentions both solar and energy storage. Dr. Bhuskute’s research at Tampere University focuses on amorphous Titanium Dioxide nanostructures, which could benefit many different technologies, including batteries. It fits the “miracle” specs perfectly: - 100,000 Cycles: Traditional solid-state batteries are crystalline (like a brick wall) and crack when ions rush in. Dr. Bhuskute’s amorphous Titanium Dioxide is disordered (like a sponge) and “breathes,” allowing it to expand and contract without breaking. - 5-Minute Charge: This chemistry stores energy via “pseudocapacitance,” which is basically like Velcro. Ions stick to the surface almost instantly rather than having to burrow deep inside the material. - The Manufacturing: Nordic Nano uses a “nanofluid” printing process for its solar product using the technology. This aligns with Donut Lab’s description of a “clay-like” material that enables an easier manufacturing process. Some call this “battery printing”, which could explain Donut Lab’s ability to bring this to production in record time. When I asked Marko for the volumetric energy density (Wh/L), he claimed he “couldn’t remember”. Volumetric energy density is one of the few specs that Donut Lab hasn’t released. This battery is lighter than lithium-ion, but it could be bigger due to the amorphous nature of the titanium dioxide. However, the CEO claimed it has a higher volumetric density than traditional Li-ion batteries, without providing a specific number. If that’s true, not only could electric vehicles and energy storage switch to this new chemistry, but even personal electronics, such as smartphones. In 2025, Nordic Nano has been making moves, including securing a former large retail location in Imatra, Finland, near the Russian border: It could be where the company has set up production. Following investment from the Finnish government, Nordic Nano had to elaborate a bit on its products and confirmed that it is working on “solar energy systems and energy storage solutions”: The company’s range of products includes two product families: solar energy systems and energy storage solutions: The ultra-thin and flexible solar film collects twice the amount of energy compared to traditional silicon-based solar panels. Solid-state salt batteries are manufactured by printing from nanofluid, which enables the efficient use of space and the production of batteries in varying shapes. Furthermore, the company confirmed that it is using a “screenprinting” manufacturing method. This is not new. Other companies have produced battery cells with this technology with varying degrees of success. It appears that the bet is that the amorphous rather than crystalized titanium dioxide nanostructure could be more easily adapted and scaled with this manufacturing technology. Electrek’s Take I’m naturally skeptical, and this screams “too good to be true”, but I can’t find anything that categorically rejects the claims. I get battery breakthrough announcements in my inbox every week, and most of the time they never amount to anything. If I decide to spend some time researching them and talking to experts, I generally quickly hit a problem or two that make them commercially unviable. This announcement is different. We can’t really investigate the actual breakthrough; we can only speculate about it, since it is guarded. Marko’s logic for guarding the chemistry is sound, and the incentives to lie about what they have aren’t clear if he is not currently raising money. Then, because they claim this is already in production and will be in a deliverable product within weeks, we will know whether the claims are true in short order, and their reputations, especially Marko’s, are on the line. During my interview, Marko didn’t seem too worried about it. It doesn’t sound like someone who needs to quickly figure out how to deliver this, but rather someone who has a couple of aces in their hand and is looking to maximize them. It’s also strange that this innovation and then production quickly comes from a relatively small company. I thought researching Donut Lab would make me more skeptical about the claims, but it’s the contrary. It confirms that their technology stems from years of research, backed by university and government funding for its commercialization. Could it be that this critical research went under the radar and a small electric motorcycle startup in need of a significant bump in energy density stumbled upon it? Then, a savvy entrepreneur quickly found a way to optimize the impact of this potentially groundbreaking tech by spinning out a startup from the motorcycle company to market the battery to a broader market. Maybe? This could be real, or it could be hype. Again, I’m still skeptical, but I can’t point to anything specific that would disprove any claim made about this miracle battery. Again, if this is true, we are talking about a complete reset of the entire energy and transportation sectors. Donut Lab would become one of the biggest companies in the world. A Nobel Prize would be coming to Dr. Bhuskute and her colleagues in the near future. If it’s not, Marko and Donut Lab’s reputation would be destroyed. There might also be a middle conclusion where the battery is nearly as good as they claim, but when you ramp up production, other problems arise, such as scrap, which has been the undoing of another company that recently tried screenprinting batteries. Who knows? But it sounds like we should find out soon. Within weeks, we should get independent verifications of the specs. Then the bikes get delivered within months. You can fake a presentation, but there are things you can’t fake.

I spent 10 years in burnout. I've finally figured it all out. Understanding Burnout: The Five Interlocking Systems Burnout is a complex syndrome that affects millions of people, yet remains poorly understood by mainstream medicine. This comprehensive guide explores what burnout really is - not simply "being tired" or "needing a vacation," but a profound physiological state involving five interconnected bodily systems. By understanding these systems and how they interact, you can better navigate your path to recovery. What Burnout Really Feels Like If you've experienced burnout, you know it's far more than just feeling tired. You might have days where you feel relatively normal, followed by days where getting off the couch seems impossible. Your body might suddenly develop strange sensitivities - foods you've enjoyed your whole life now cause digestive distress, or you find yourself constantly too hot or too cold. Sleep becomes elusive despite extreme fatigue. Your thinking becomes foggy, your memory unreliable, and your emotions more volatile. These aren't just random symptoms - they're the result of multiple bodily systems being thrown into dysfunction by prolonged stress. Many people with burnout report unexplained physical symptoms: diffuse pain throughout the body, inflammation in unexpected places (like chronic sinus issues), dizziness when standing up (POTS), and a general sense that their body simply isn't working correctly. If these experiences sound familiar, you're not imagining things, and you're not alone. Why Burnout Is So Misunderstood Modern medicine excels at addressing acute problems with clear causes and treatments, but struggles with complex multi-system conditions like burnout. Most doctors receive minimal training on chronic conditions, and virtually none on how different bodily systems interact in states of prolonged stress. When you visit a specialist, they examine only their area of expertise - a gastroenterologist looks at digestive issues, a neurologist at brain symptoms - but rarely does anyone look at the full picture. This fragmented approach leads to medical gaslighting - being told "your labs are normal, it must be stress" or "this sounds like depression" without investigating the underlying physiological causes. Some providers dismiss "adrenal fatigue" as pseudoscience, despite extensive research on HPA axis dysfunction (the medical term for what many call adrenal fatigue). Others will acknowledge only the most extreme manifestations like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, missing opportunities for earlier intervention. The Five Systems Behind Burnout Burnout involves five primary overlapping systems that become dysfunctional or dysregulated. Understanding these systems is key to addressing the root causes rather than just managing symptoms. 1. HPA Axis Dysfunction The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis is your body's main stress response pathway. This system connects your brain to your adrenal glands and regulates energy, stress hormones, and your ability to adapt to challenges. When chronically activated, this system eventually loses its ability to respond appropriately. This dysfunction manifests as cortisol irregularities - either producing too little overall, or producing it at the wrong times. If you struggle to wake up in the morning, you might have insufficient morning cortisol. If you wake too early and can't fall back asleep, you might have inappropriate early cortisol spikes. Recovery from HPA axis dysfunction typically takes 6 months to 2 years, with severe cases taking 3-5 years. 2. Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) Dysfunction Your autonomic nervous system controls unconscious bodily functions like heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, and temperature regulation. Burnout can cause dysautonomia - a state where your sympathetic ("fight-or-flight") system becomes dominant, while your parasympathetic ("rest-and-digest") system becomes underactive. Symptoms include heart palpitations, dizziness when standing up, temperature regulation problems, digestive motility issues (feeling like food sits in your stomach for hours), and heightened sensitivity to environmental stimuli. Getting "stuck" in sympathetic dominance keeps your body in a state of hypervigilance, preventing proper rest and recovery. 3. Gastrointestinal System Dysfunction Your digestive system is often called your "second brain" for good reason - it produces 90% of your serotonin and houses its own nervous system (the enteric nervous system). The gut plays a critical role in immune function and overall health. Burnout can affect your gut through several mechanisms: chronic stress can impair the gut lining (leading to "leaky gut"), infections like H. pylori can cause inflammation, and your microbiome (the trillions of bacteria in your digestive system) can become imbalanced. When your gut is compromised, the effects ripple throughout your entire body, causing nutrient deficiencies, systemic inflammation, immune dysregulation, and altered neurotransmitter production that affects mood and cognition. 4. Mitochondrial Dysfunction Mitochondria are the power plants of your cells, producing the energy currency (ATP) that fuels all cellular activities. During burnout, these vital organelles become damaged and less efficient. Their internal structures (cristae) can physically deform, and they shift to less efficient energy production methods. The result is profound fatigue at a cellular level - your body literally cannot produce enough energy to function optimally. Every tissue, organ, and system feels the effects of this energy deficit. The good news is that mitochondria can recover with proper support, as they contain their own DNA and can regenerate when given the right conditions. 5. Immune System Dysfunction Your immune system becomes dysregulated during burnout, often becoming simultaneously overactive in some ways and underactive in others. This paradoxical state can manifest as frequent infections (showing immune weakness) alongside inflammatory conditions and hypersensitivities (showing immune overactivity). Chronic inflammation becomes a persistent problem, creating a constant state of low-grade immune activation that further drains your energy resources and affects brain function, healing ability, and overall wellbeing. Many people with burnout develop new sensitivities to foods, chemicals, or environments that never bothered them before. The Vicious Cycle and Downward Spiral What makes burnout particularly challenging is how these five systems interact and reinforce each other's dysfunction. HPA axis problems disrupt sleep, which impairs mitochondrial recovery. Gut issues create inflammation that triggers immune responses and stresses the HPA axis further. Mitochondrial dysfunction means less energy for healing and proper system function. Minor burnout can resolve on its own with sufficient rest and stress reduction. However, once a certain threshold is crossed, these systems keep each other sick in a self-perpetuating cycle. Without targeted interventions addressing each affected system, recovery becomes extremely difficult or impossible. This explains why some people remain burned out for years or decades despite their best efforts to rest and reduce stress. Navigating Medical Support Unfortunately, most healthcare providers aren't equipped to address burnout as a multi-system condition. This means you must often become your own health advocate and case manager. Some strategies include: When seeking medical help, speak the language of the specialist you're consulting. Instead of saying "adrenal fatigue" (which many doctors dismiss), use terms like "HPA axis dysfunction" or "dysautonomia" that align with medical terminology. Request appropriate testing. Standard bloodwork often misses the markers of burnout. More specialized tests like comprehensive stool analyses, organic acid tests, or cortisol rhythm testing can reveal the underlying issues. Consider working with integrative or functional medicine practitioners who are more likely to understand complex, multi-system conditions. However, be cautious, as quality varies widely in these fields. Remember that your experience is real and valid, even when healthcare providers can't immediately identify the cause. Persistent advocacy may be necessary to get the support you need. Recovery Is Possible But Takes Time Recovering from burnout is a gradual process that cannot be rushed. In fact, trying to accelerate recovery through sheer willpower often backfires, causing setbacks and prolonging the journey. The first rule of burnout recovery is "don't make it worse" - which means avoiding overexertion, respecting your body's current limitations, and prioritizing rest and healing above productivity. Recovery requires addressing all affected systems simultaneously through a combination of lifestyle changes, targeted supplements, stress management, diet modifications, and sometimes medications. This process is highly individualized - what works for one person may not work for another due to genetic differences, varying dietary needs, different lifestyle factors, and unique personal circumstances. The journey to recovery often requires significant changes to how you live and work. It may mean rethinking career choices, relationship dynamics, living situations, and fundamental priorities. While challenging, this process can ultimately lead to a more sustainable and fulfilling life built on a deeper understanding of your body's needs. Conclusion Burnout is not a character flaw or a sign of weakness - it's a complex physiological condition involving multiple bodily systems. By understanding the five key systems involved and how they interact, you can begin to address the root causes rather than just managing symptoms. Recovery is possible, but it requires patience, persistence, and a willingness to make meaningful changes. The path forward involves supporting your body's natural healing processes while avoiding the patterns that led to burnout in the first place. With the right approach, you can not only recover from burnout but emerge with greater resilience and a more balanced relationship with stress.

How to Build a Proper Product Page It breaks my heart every time I see someone from Brazil, making just $200 a month, spend $40 on a test ad only to get a $2 CPC. Then, they cut the ad at $35 spend with 17 clicks and 0 conversions. What’s even more frustrating is when I visit their site and see it’s a complete mess. It’s like they didn’t even try. That’s why I’m making this post. *Disclaimer: If you're building a brand, this isn’t for you. This is for testing products correctly with a website that’s good enough to convert, but if you’re serious about your brand, hire a Figma designer and a developer to get things done right. As a fun fact, I tested the following product myself (In the video below) and with just one click at a $3 CPC, I got a sale with an $80 AOV (100% CVR). I paused the ads because the CPMs hit $150. If you're interested, save this product for the future. I'll share the creatives i used to ran the product with those who comment below. "jordan, stop teaching high school kids about selling reps and getting them sued by Prada or other big brands, ruining their payment gateways, and crushing their dreams." (with 5 random people only will do it, wouldn't make sense for everyone to be ripping it). Shoutout to Adrian for this one. 🫡 Back to the important stuff: Let’s talk about creating a great product page. First off, ditch the “Buy Now” button. By using this, you miss out on the chance to increase your Average Order Value (AOV) through upsells during checkout. Instead, replace it with an “Add to Cart” button. Also, remove the quantity selector. Hardly anyone uses them on the product page, but they do in the cart. Instead, offer bundles, which you can set up using the Kaching Bundles app or your theme if it supports this feature. The cart experience is crucial, and you can optimize it using the UpCart app. Enable all its product page features so it takes over the standard Shopify cart or your theme’s cart. The built-in cart systems are outdated—they don’t allow upsells like UpCart does. Plus, UpCart directly opens the cart after a product is added, where the upsell option appears at the bottom, increasing your chances of boosting AOV. Pay attention to color schemes. Don’t use neutral colors for headers and buttons if your product features a primary color. A yellow jacket with a black header is like pizza with raspberry syrup—just doesn’t work. If your product images are gray, white, or black, match those with your headers and buttons. Otherwise, play around with colors to give your page some dynamic appeal. Bookmark this site to get color palettes that match your primary color. For exact color matches, download the "ColorZilla" extension, which gives you the exact color code of whatever is under your mouse on the screen. If your product color is #6E402A, you’ll know it and can match it perfectly with your header and buttons, creating a visually appealing contrast like Cider did here below. Right now, when some of you send me these websites, they look like government pages from the early 2000s. Next, consider the typography and button styles. For fonts, use Helvetica Regular for body text and Helvetica Bold for titles, both at a minimum size of 100%. It’s simple and effective. As for buttons, they should have a corner radius of 8px. To change these settings, go to the theme settings - typography/buttons and adjust the buttons and typography accordingly. Rounded buttons create a modern, inviting feel, while full square buttons can give off an outdated vibe. Even casinos in Vegas design their buildings with curves, ensuring that visitors always have a view angle that draws them back in—it’s all about keeping things appealing and engaging. Finally, the product page layout itself should be clean and concise. Use collapsible rows for your product descriptions. No one wants to read a novel, so keep it compact and focused. Images and videos are what sell—this is why we don’t use text-heavy images in our ads; they just bore people. Keep the description short, with enough information to inform but not overwhelm. If you need to include more features, put them in the FAQs section—that’s what they’re for. The goal is to make sure that the "Add to Cart" button is visible as soon as possible once the customer lands on the product page, without overwhelming them but providing just enough information—some key benefits, high-quality images, and buying options in the bundles. Once they hit the cart, the upsells will do their job. Remember, the three essential apps for setting this up are Loox Reviews for customer feedback (use the product widget reviews at the bottom of the page before the FAQs and the rating widget just above the title), Kaching Bundles for offering package deals, and UpCart for optimizing the cart experience. Just for the record, this is to help newcomers and guide them to something taht works, me personally i don't use free themes, but this one i created could convert easily if the product, offer and ads match well. Good luck and keep testing! 🗳🥂💸🤑

Just pulled up Olipop's landing page after seeing their ads everywhere lately and I need to break this down because this is one of the cleaner DTC pages I've seen in a while. Here's what's actually happening when you land on this page and why it converts cold Facebook traffic better than 90% of ecom brands right now: 1) The first 3 seconds Before you read a single word, there's a video of the product being poured, fizzing, bubbling and condensation on the can with no voiceover or text overlay. Your brain processes that faster than any headline ever could. You can almost hear the fizz. That's intentional. They're triggering a sensory response before your logical brain even wakes up. Then the headline hits. "A New Kind of Soda." Now that's a category repositioning. They're not saying "healthy soda" or "better soda." They're saying the entire category you grew up with needs a new version and this is it. Sub-headline says high fiber, less sugar. Targets exactly the person who clicked the health-focused ad on Instagram. Message match is perfect. The person who clicked the ad lands here and immediately feels like the page was made for them. 2) The product carousel Most brands mess this up by showing you the product and making you go through three more pages to add it to your cart. Olipop lets you hover over any flavor and an "Add 12 Pack" button appears right there. One click. Done. You never leave the homepage. That little micro-interaction is doing serious conversion work because every extra click you require is a percentage of buyers you lose. They basically short-circuited the whole buying process and most people don't even notice it's happening. Star ratings under every flavor. Smart. You're not waiting until the reviews section at the bottom to see social proof. It's right there next to the product at the exact moment you're deciding what to buy. Then there's the "Limited" and "Out of Stock" tags on certain flavors. This is a psychological move that a lot of brands either don't use or use badly. When you see Shirley Temple is sold out your brain immediately thinks this must be good enough that people are actually buying it. And now you're looking at everything else thinking you better grab it before it's gone too. 3) The retention play At this point you haven't bought yet and they already know some people won't on the first visit. So right here they drop the rewards program section. Trade your email for perks and points. They're not letting you leave empty handed. Either you buy today or you give them your email so they can bring you back. Both outcomes work for them. Then comes the subscription nudge. 15% off. Free shipping. Cancel anytime. Three objections handled in one sentence. 1. Too expensive? 15% off. 2. Annoying to reorder? Free shipping straight to your door. 3. Scared of being locked in? Cancel whenever you want. That's a complete objection removal stack built into what looks like a simple banner. The people who weren't ready to buy a 12-pack today are looking at that and doing the math. 4) The press section Bloomberg. Forbes. BuzzFeed. Mindbody. This section exists for one reason. You clicked an ad from a brand you'd maybe seen once or twice before. You don't fully trust them yet. These logos close that gap in about half a second. It's institutional validation. You don't need to read the articles. Just seeing the logos tells your brain people with real credibility have looked at this and thought it was worth covering. Background behind this section is a high-res macro shot of condensation on the can. Cold. Refreshing. Premium. Even the section design is doing sensory work. 5) The overall lesson What Olipop figured out is that a landing page for Facebook traffic has one job. Close the trust gap between the ad and the purchase as fast as possible without losing the energy the ad created. Every section of this page does exactly that. Sensory hook gets you in. Category positioning tells you what it is. Carousel with inline add to cart removes friction. Social proof and scarcity show demand. Subscription offer removes price and convenience objections. 🧬 Why does ☣️ Pleb Kruse = BTC foundationalist in exile 🟩🔆 say “Food doesn’t matter”? Imagine a solar-powered battery: Sunlight charges the battery. Water holds the charge. Magnetism organizes the charge. The battery powers the engine. The engine burns the fuel. Food is a fuel. If the battery is empty or the wiring is broken, the engine cannot burn the fuel correctly. Changing the fuel will not fix the battery. Fix the battery first, then any fuel can be used. 🤔 Understanding 🔥 1. The ENGINE comes before the FUEL If the mitochondrial engine is not working, the fuel doesn’t matter. Why? Because in our modern world, we are trying to fix a physics problem with food ideology. It will never work. Mitochondria are the engine that burns the fuel. If the engine is damaged, all fuels become incomplete, misinterpreted, or even toxic. 👎🏻Most people today have engines damaged by: blue light EMFs indoor living poor redox lack of DHA no morning sunlight circadian mismatch ❌When the engine is broken, these things happen: electrons cannot move efficiently ATP production slows inflammation rises ROS becomes uncontrolled hormones lose coherence fasting becomes stressful diets fail again and again Food does not fix any of this. ☀️ 2. LIGHT controls metabolism more deeply than any diet ever could Jack’s central point for 15 years: “Food is seasonal information. Light is the master instruction.” Morning sunlight programs: dopamine cortisol melatonin leptin mitochondrial timing thyroid signaling This means two people on the same diet can have completely different results depending on their light environment. Example: Someone living indoors under LEDs with low redox tries carnivore. They struggle. Someone living by the ocean with daily sunrise exposure builds strong redox. Carnivore works for them Keto works Carbs work seasonally Fasting works The diet didn’t change. The redox did. Diet is just light in disguise. 🌊 3. Mitochondria run on ELECTRONS, not on food quantity Jack always says: “You don’t need more supplements. You need more electrons.” Food is only an electron donor. But electrons only work when the biology is prepared to receive them in the same environment nature designed. The key factors that prepare the system are: DHA in cell membranes structured water created by sunlight a magnetic field that aligns proton flow circadian signals that control timing cold exposure that increases electron efficiency minimal blue light at night When these conditions are damaged: Electrons get stuck. Energy drops. Inflammation rises. Hormones lose rhythm. Detoxification breaks. Again: diet never fixes the foundation. 🧠 4. Why diet “gurus” are always fighting, and always missing the point. Carnivore gurus… Low-carb communities… Metabolic bros… Vegan influencers… Mediterranean… All of them fight about the fuel while ignoring the engine. It’s like watching the mechanics scream about gasoline quality while the engine has: no oil no spark plugs a dead battery Jack’s message is brutally simple: “Fix the mitochondrial environment first, and most diets will begin to work.” Without fixing the environment, no diet can save you. 🐟 5. Why DHA is the diet Kruse actually cares about. DHA is the molecule that lets sunlight become a direct electrical current inside your cell membranes. DHA is the antenna. If the antenna is broken, the light signal becomes distorted. Every metabolic pathway fails. This is why: “A vegan in Norway is committing mitochondrial suicide.” “Food is a distraction. Sunlight is the real nutrient.” DHA + sunlight is the diet nature designed for humans. DHA is an antenna. And an antenna is useless without the signal. 🔥 Remember Your mitochondrial redox decides your fate; not your diet. Your light environment writes the rules for your metabolism. Your DHA status determines how well you can read the rules. This is why all food fights are meaningless 🤭 The mitochondria decide everything long before the fork ever reaches your mouth.
