I scored 98th percentile as a vegetarian for verbal reasoning. If that was reduced by 2%, I am happy to sacrifice that for the welfare and wellbeing of animals.

Have you read Lierre Keith's book? She shares her life story of coming to the truth about vegetarianism. Her book & many others allowed me to see the truth. Vegetarian diets do not save any animals, in fact more animals die for plant crops.

Vegetarians also have significantly lower levels of CoQ10 and reduced levels of ATP, often resulting in chronic disease. Did you ever notice that vegetarians often look older than other people the same age?

I have to scan mine. I was vegetarian for 37 years (eggs and diary were included). Recently started eating fish. I am in tune with my body. We need to take some advice not so seriously.

Very deceptive info! The more fat one consumes the more fat is on organs Your brain is an organ! Which leads to an overweight brain.
