This is what real basketball training looks like. 1) Lifting through full ROM 2) Jumping to Develop the SSC 3) Oly Lifts to Develop Force & Power We do this type of workout in our general prep period when we get our players back after a prolonged period of time off. The circuit is as followed: 1) Snatch From the Hip 2) Clean From The Hip 3) Squat 4) Plyo 5) Press 6) Pull 7) RDL We perform each movement for 6 repetitions with moderate load for up to 2-4 sets depending on their work capacity. The goal is to develop a metabolic base & work on efficient movement patterns before we go into our heavier strength blocks. We will perform this for 3-4 weeks depending on our assessments. Real basketball training isn’t full of gimmicks. It involves sprinting, jumping & foundation living patterns to build higher level athletes.

I set up Gemini Spark to write my own weekly AI news digest for me, and I'm still stuck on how little effort I had to put in. This is the exact prompt I gave it, just once: "Every Tuesday at 12:15 PM, create a new Doc in my Drive, find the 5 biggest AI stories from that week, and format each one properly." And here's what it actually produces, every week: 1. A new Doc, created and named on its own 2. The 5 biggest AI stories from that week, found and picked automatically 3. A bold headline and a summary for each one 4. The key impact spelled out, not just the news 5. A source link on every single story This runs on a schedule so I never have to think about it again. I didn't ask anything on Tuesday, I just opened the drive and the news digest doc was already there. Just like this, you can use Spark to automate any recurring task.

To celebrate the New Year and the successful test of our 100kg engine, we decided to have some fun with its smaller sibling, the DG J40. Naturally, we strapped it to a bicycle. What could go wrong? Stage 1: Idle thrust, went straight—smooth and easy start. Stage 2: Took a U-turn for another straight run—feeling confident. Stage 3: Full throttle—bike rockets forward, brakes fail, and I almost hit a car. Stage 4: Reduced throttle, managed to dodge the car (somehow). Stage 5: Shut it down, praying the leftover brakes would stop me. Lesson: Even the DG J40 delivers more thrust than you’d expect on a bike. Here's to a thrilling New Year!

Here's the tool (and my process): Step 1: Have youdistro[.]co interview me about media, AI, entrepreneurship, fatherhood (any topics i'm passionate about/an expert on) for 10 minutes every single morning. Step 2: I create 3-4 text posts either through Distro or Claude. I schedule those out on X and Linkedin. Step 3: I download the video interview from Distro & feed it into OpusClip to create 3-4 SFV clips. I schedule those out on IG, TT, YT. Step 4: I repeat the process each day & can put out thousands of high quality pieces of content per year on the internet. P.S. I am a co-founder/advisor to Distro, but the reason I got involved is because I so badly wished I had this tool to turn me into a content machine earlier in my career
