Grieving but make it productive. Due to the long queue of the lat pulldown machine, I tried the pull ups machine and my form was yuck😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Lat pulldown also known as seated cable pulldown on a cable machine, targeting the latissimus dorsi or lats that give the V-taper look, upper back, and biceps. #Gym

Started going to the gym in July, 2025. After doing seven clean reps of 73kg lat pulldowns, I decided I was ready to attempt pull ups. My second pull up attempt.

The next time you do seated dumbbell curls, use a lat pulldown machine. This will prevent you from cheating to further isolate your biceps.

Gather these three legendary machine parts to form...Dragoon, the Ruler of the Skies! You might recognise this machine from the Super Smash Bros. series, but its first appearance was in the original Kirby Air Ride.

I like the Hammer Strength iso-lateral chest/back machine as a change-up for lat pull downs. I keep the weight a little lighter. Go for a big stretch at the top (I don't do this on regular lat pull down) but the weight needs to be light enough you can retract and pull the weight down when you transition. If in doubt, don't go for a big stretch at the top and stick with normal lat pull down movement! Stay Stronk!

I’d argue this is the GREATEST Traps exercise known to man The way it’s performed in the video I’ve attached is the BEST way to pull it off other than maybe doing it on a Chest Supported Row Machine LONG LIVE THE KELSO SHRUG (And the Smith Machine)

Many have said my lats are weak that’s why I can’t do pull-ups. I added lat pulldowns back in last week. I use this machine instead of cables because cables cause shoulder discomfort. What else should I add?
