H3 has its own limitations, but still it feels like the gift that keeps on giving, especially in the hands of the right people. Really excited to see the next iterations of the model and the tooling built on top of it.

This is getting ridiculous. You need to try this AI filmmaking workflow. My Blender reference is embarrassingly simple. You can drive a precise multi-character shot with nothing but basic shapes. 1. Generate a start frame in Midjourney 2. Block out the scene in Blender with boxes, animate the camera 3. Feed both to Seedance This feels like a real unlock. Your 3D reference doesn't need to look good.

So Runway Aleph 2.0 just dropped, and it introduces a pretty interesting workflow for AI video footage editing. Rather than repeatedly prompting a video model and hoping it makes the change you want, you can edit a specific frame first, then use that frame to guide the video generation. For this test, I take an existing footage inside Runway: • Picked a frame from the original video • Used Nano Banana Pro to add a new effect/object • Brought that frame into Aleph 2.0 to generate the updated video It feels like a more controllable and potentially cheaper way to make targeted edits to existing footage than current AI video omni models available like Seedance and Gemini.

New open-source 3D world-generation model. I'm rendering a couple of worlds in the video, so check it out. You'll find the GitHub and the Hugging Face links to the model below. This is a multi-modal world model that you can use for a bunch of things: • To generate new worlds • To reconstruct worlds • To simulate 3D interactive worlds from a prompt, images, or a video You can edit the 3D outputs in Unity and Unreal Engine (they export as meshes, 3DGS files, and point clouds). I made a full and honest review of the Aino model! This video wasn’t made with the intention to tear down any work! I think overall it’s a very solid model, I just think there are things that could definitely be improved on, but it’s definitely worth it if you’re a beginner VTuber and want something simple, cute, and affordable :) There really is no way to tell if you’ll like the model though until you get it!

There are many great scenes in JJK and scenes like this... This to me is an eye sore. I know Sakuga Twitter love this shit or anything Mappa prints. So this isn't for you. You enjoy what you enjoy. But to me, this is a Mappa case of doing more then needed. This is the COD MLG videos of anime, over stimulation. An LOs wet dream because they can blast smudges, smears and low quality modeling for the sake of "it's moving so quick you don't need to notice or care" There are many instances of motion done right like OPM (S1) or Mob, because it's constant with storyboarding. The camera is having a seizure and the character model is all over the place it hurt my eyes in the cinema, and even on TV didn't seem to help. It's this type of Mappa I don't like. But... It's twitter, anything that's 500fps is classed as good, when there's more then frames that makes something good. I want to make clear, this is my pet peeve with Mappa, and not the JJK Episodes as a whole, just occasional moments that are becoming more frequent from them

Here is a breakdown (kind of) how I did this effect for live2d Vtuber model art. I’ve drawn the lips, you would have to separate top and bottom though and added a cyan layer which will be my mask and the mask for the rigger to clip on. Then I added a shiny add layer on top and used the cyan layer as a mask, just to test the effect in procreate, you would have to delete the black/white procreate mask for the rigger because this can cause issues. If you have any questions feels free to ask. 💕

This is insane!🔥 This is a 720p (2D) video I shot of my kids 15 years ago! I used AI to upscale it, depth-map it, & used the depth map to convert it to 3D SBS, & then converted that to Spatial Video for Apple Vision Pro (MV-HEVC). My son is currently a senior in high school, and my daughter is a sophomore in college. This video has complete spatial depth when viewed in the Apple Vision Pro. Obviously, you can't appreciate that via this post. But it's like I'm there & I can see into this room. Talk about giving you the feels.🥹 This can be done with ANY video. 🤯 I'm working on refining the workflow, as it's a bit cumbersome. I plan to share it, but holy cow! I had to post this.
