Had Claude Code build a little plugin that visualizes the work Claude Code is doing as agents working in an office, with agents doing work and passing information to each other. New subagents are hired, they acquire skills, and they turn in completed work. Fun start.

Since people asked, yes this is 100% Claude Code, I only gave a few instructions. It even made the little pixel graphics and animations.

So cool! Are you using hooks? I built something very similar over Christmas but didn't launch it. That's my weekend sorted...

This is giving me flashbacks to early days of Macromedia Flash 3 and 4. I've been trying to help one of my neighbors emulate some of these games that he loves from years ago, and it's really exciting to see the Web become a fun place again like Flash had done for GUIs & gaming.

Dope. There's a fundraise on a platform called @BagsApp that was opened to help pay for your compute costs. So far $2k+ and counting has been accumulated.

This would be a nice UI for controlling agents.

Very fun start! Where’s it going? What would turn that office into a classroom? A teacher? New subagents are admitted to enroll (not hired) They can learn lessons & gain knowledge (similar to acquiring skills) They could even take final exams (after turning in practice work)

Making agent behavior visible changes how teams reason about AI work.

This is the kind of delightfully unnecessary tooling I live for. Now I need to see what happens when you give an agent a performance review.

For some reason, this looks more like a simulation than the way Claude Code subagents actually work. How are you verifying that the steps the visualization shows are actually the ones (including communication between subagents) that Claude Code is taking? The reason I ask it because there are certain limitations with subagents.

Love this idea.
