The secret to longevity is having meaningful work and meaningful relationships. I’ve found that both are required to sustain the energy to keep operating at a high level. 2 yrs ago I was coaching the game that would win us a trip to the State Championship. Today I live 4 hrs away, at a new job, a father of 2, and more or less a "coaching consultant". Life can take you away from the game. And that's ok. Just appreciate the time you have with it.
