Hey separatists: anyone want to explain why Water Not Coal isn't getting a referendum despite passing the same thresholds as the separatist petition? And they did it without illegally accessing the Elections Alberta list of electors! Explain how THAT is democratic, please!

Danielle Smith confirms Corb Lund's Water Not Coal petition WILL NOT be on the October 19th ballot. She says Elections Alberta said all questions had to be in by June 1st. Now, it will go through the process but the earliest it could come to a referendum in October 2027.

Last night the Senate finally got to question Pfizer Inc. as to the effectiveness of the Covid vaccine. It was disappointing that they would not acknowledge the lack of testing they performed prior to the rollout, nor could they explain why it damages heart muscle. If Pfizer can’t explain the biological mechanism as to why it causes damage to the heart then they can’t guarantee it doesn’t cause other injuries. Despite all of this they continue to claim the vaccine is safe and effective without qualifying the risks. #auspol TGA Australia

Alberta separation referendum will be on the immediate political horizon. This is a great move by Danielle Smith: facilitate citizen petition for the referendum so that she can positively assert not being behind the movement, knowing very well that it will be a citizen-driven movement, especially after they make it easier for citizen petitions to pass thresholds in the first place.

For months, the Premier changed the rules for the separatists. Their signatures were not even checked. The court ruled their petition was unconstitutional, but the Premier still gave her separatist allies a referendum. But when it comes to coal mining on the Eastern Slopes, there are suddenly new rules. Now, it’s considered too late. This is hypocritical.

In Alberta a single judge has just basically tossed out the separatist petition of over 300,000 signatures. Danelle Smith says that they will be appealing it as she believes there has been “an error in law” and it’s anti-democratic. This is going to get ugly.
