This is misleading. Proteins per gram is a worthless metric that makes beans and seeds look high in protein when they actually are not. They just have low water content. The relevant metric is protein per calorie.

Animal Protein: Generally considered "complete" because it contains all nine essential amino acids in sufficient quantities. These include meats, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products. Plant or Nut Protein: Often "incomplete" because they may lack one or more essential amino acids. However, combining different plant sources (e.g., beans and rice) can provide a complete amino acid profile. Nuts, seeds, and legumes are examples of plant-based proteins that are incomplete on their own but can be part of a balanced diet.

Protein content per gram of food isn't a useful metric. What matters is protein content per calorie.

Nonsense... neither does milk have 6g of protein nor does bread have 8g of protein
