You just described my pain exactly. I gave up bc my doc said maybe internal coccus adjustment needed, trigger point on SI joint, tight hamstrings. I gave up and live in daily pain frustrated. U nailed it with the description of pain in back/groin/front leg. Spot on.

I ended up having a torn labrum. I thought it was a groin injury. Moving leg forward, anything where I would hinge my hip and drop my pelvis around knee level, like squatting. Even sitting and getting out of a car. Spot on.

Yes, but unfortunately this patient was recommended a hip replacement and she did not want to undergo surgery (yet). She actually flew in from out of country.

Just got stem cells for that same problem. Curious to see if it heals the labrum.

Personal question, doc. I’m a former athlete. Now dealing with back & hip pain. As a result, getting hip replacement soon @ age 44 (🙄🤦🏻‍♂️). They’re considering doing a nerve ablation procedure for my L4 and L5 bulging disks. Pros vs cons of that?? 😬
