I'm a push-up addict I do push-ups: 1. While making coffee in the morning 2. Between meetings 3. Before lunch 4. When I walk in nature 5. Before going to bed I just love that pump!

Pushups make man, Strong… In history warriors can easily do if they want to in minutes 100+, Why can't you do 10+… Get out of the pillow, It’s time to LOCK IN…

Shows that fitness and effort does not require a Gym.

Push ups throughout the day will keep your blood flowing and let you function at your best.

There's always more room for improvement. Don't get comfortable when it gets easy. Else you get stuck and never grow.
