Ever wondered what happens to old electrical cables?” A cable recycling machine cuts, strips, and separates copper or aluminum from insulation with high precision. Using vibration and air separation, it recovers valuable metals with minimal waste—turning discarded cables into reusable resources. Efficient, eco-friendly, and built for a sustainable future.

More tests. It's not possible to make the squishy surface for a full character with this method, but it's promising to see and fun to play around on!

How I built an Anime.js-style site with Claude 👇 • Ask Claude to plan a minimal interactive website with smooth motion • Install Anime.js → "npm i animejs" • Use Claude to generate timelines, staggered text, and hover animations • Add smooth SVG, scroll, and cursor interactions with Anime.js • Keep UI minimal so motion becomes the focus • Use easing + timing to make animations feel fluid and premium Save this 🚀

Repairing Underground Cables. NO Road Damage At numerous locations within Brookefields Layout, we have installed ducts and chambers to access underground cables and valves. Last Monday was the most recent cable fault. Where typically the road is hacked out and a crater left behind, here we simply un-weld the duct lid. When the underground cable is mended, we re-weld the lid. No road damage. Minimal traffic stoppage. Aside from allowing access, the duct, made of structural steel, protects 8-10 cable joints from hammering by ongoing traffic, and has reduced cable faults from once per month to once a year. A reminder that this duct was built with locally sourced money (Rs. 10 lakhs), and its design was provided by a local structural engineer. Local engineering talent. Local funding. Local execution. Local problem-solving.

GSTAR: Gaussian Surface Tracking and Reconstruction Contributions: • A new framework for tracking and reconstructing dynamic scenes, combining 3D Gaussians and meshes to effectively manage changes in topology. • A method for Gaussian unbinding and surface re-meshing, allowing for the generation of new surfaces as topologies evolve. • A method for handling large or fast deformations of surfaces between frames using scene flow warping. Abstract (excerpt): However, tracking dynamic surfaces with 3D Gaussians remains challenging due to complex topology changes, such as surfaces appearing, disappearing, or splitting. To address these challenges, we propose GSTAR, a novel method that achieves photo-realistic rendering, accurate surface reconstruction, and reliable 3D tracking for general dynamic scenes with changing topology. Given multi-view captures as input, GSTAR binds Gaussians to mesh faces to represent dynamic objects. For surfaces with consistent topology, GSTAR maintains the mesh topology and tracks the meshes using Gaussians.

Math. A rare peek from within a "Gyroid," a fascinating minimal surface in geometry that separates space into two oppositely congruent labyrinths of passages. By Andrea Belloni, Water flowing | anbello.eth | anbello.tez, Used with permission. This infinitely extending "labyrinth" surface divides all of space into two identical, intertwined, mirror-image passages: without ever intersecting itself. Discovered by mathematician Alan Schoen in 1970, it's a triply periodic minimal surface (zero mean curvature everywhere, like a soap film), with no straight lines or mirror symmetry. It can be approximated by the surprisingly simple equation: sin(x)cos(y) + sin(y)cos(z) + sin(z)cos(x) = 0. Nature loves it too: gyroid nanostructures in butterfly wing scales create iridescent colors through light interference, and similar forms appear in cell membranes, polymers, and even ketchup-like fluids. It's a superstar in materials science for lightweight, strong 3D-printed structures and photonic crystals.

Imagine slapping solar panels on your roof, shed, car, boat, or even a tent like a sticker! New paper-thin flexible panels stick to ANY surface (even curved), no drilling needed, bendable, and pump out up to ~85W per sq meter. Solar revolution incoming! ☀️🔋 Who's ready?

Updates to the Skateboard are on the way! It hasn't survived the best over the past couple years with VRC updates and a lot has changed. Tricks no longer spas out Have a grounder to rotate the board on a given surface Full VRC Fury compatibility- no more manual install!

What looks like an ordinary digging job can turn life-threatening in an instant when underground power lines are hidden just below the surface. As the worker's metal shovel approaches an energized electrical cable, electricity can arc through the air, creating a dangerous flash capable of causing severe injury or even death. High-voltage underground cables are designed to be insulated, but accidental contact—or even getting too close under certain conditions—can result in powerful electrical arcing. That's why utility companies require underground services to be located and marked before excavation begins, helping workers avoid damaging critical infrastructure or exposing themselves to lethal electrical hazards. This moment serves as a powerful reminder that even routine construction work carries serious risks. Proper planning, utility locating, and following excavation safety procedures can make the difference between an ordinary workday and a catastrophic accident.

Every ancient civilization knew that the safest place during a large catastrophic event was underground. That is why we find places like Derinkuyu in Turkey, the Longyou Caves in China, Ellora in India and many other massive underground structures around the world. The legends about Shambhala, Agartha, Belovodye and other underground cities where human knowledge was protected from catastrophic events are not just random myths. They are memories of a real breakaway civilization that survived previous cataclysms underground. Even the Zoroastrian religion tells us the same story. Humanity is warned about a coming catastrophic winter and Ice Age, and an underground bunker or vault is built to preserve people, animals, plants and seeds until the disaster is over. This is not a coincidence. Ancient civilizations knew that catastrophic events happen again and again, and when the surface becomes uninhabitable, the survivors go underground. That is exactly why underground cities were built in the past — and why massive underground facilities are still being built today.

I made it to the ball… Yes, I was horizontal again 40 mins later, feeling like 50 shades of shite with a heart rate of a hummingbird… and my carer in somewhat of a panic But I danced and laughed… I DANCED!!!

A🇨🇳Chinese ballistic missile from hiding in underground bunkers to firing. Iran used this tactic, and it worked. Now, time to witness how we Chinese do it 100 times better, with 100 times better the technology, and 100 times better the production.

What looks like a server boiling underwater is actually one of the most advanced cooling technologies used in modern computing This demonstration showcases a two-phase immersion cooling system, a method increasingly explored for high-performance computing and AI infrastructure where traditional air cooling becomes less efficient. Instead of using fans to move heat away, server components are submerged in a specialized non-conductive dielectric fluid that safely surrounds the electronics without causing electrical short circuits. As processors generate heat, the liquid absorbs thermal energy and begins to boil directly at the component surface.

Another Art Trade with "HellShark1999". They wanted Roxanne Wolf in stocks getting licked and tickled by Glamrock Foxy. Been a long time since I've used the tongue as a tickling method, so it's nice to finally do it again. Thanks a lot my friend and please enjoy.
