We do need more council housing, or rent caps. People need secure housing, that they can afford. Why is this such an issue in the UK?

This links to council tax rises. Councils forced to sell-off council houses (income generating assets for councils) through right-to-buy. Councils have their budgets cut & don't build enough council houses to replace those lost. Less income for councils, higher council tax.

Communists with a green coat

Stop immigration, invest in our own people instead of outsourcing, and implement remigration. This will resolve the majority of issues, as most of our problems stem from supply and demand – it’s simple maths. Then, address the greed of corporations. You won’t do this, will you?
