How can we have a better debate about the Voice without amplifying racist comments? #QandA

The Yes Case: All our previous plans to close the gap have failed. Plan A failed. So did Plan B, C, D, E, …….S,  T, and U. We now have Plan V, the Voice. We're so confident it’ll work this time, we want to stick it into the constitution so it can never be changed even if it fails again.

The voice IS about race, so therefore anyone who disagrees with what’s said would find that racist.

It’s a bit rich to call for maturity when you have pink hair at 60 😬

There is toxicity from both camps, but the majority I've seen is from the YES side Most of the NO voters are explaining their concerns The YES voters seem to resort to ad hominem (That's just my lived experience anyway)

If media elevated Black No voices instead of the racist ones we could have a very good discussion but they all refuse. Media are very complicit in the racism.
