@daveasprey Absolutely true about protein and animal fat. Consume at least .8 to 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight daily. Focus on grams of protein and not calorie counting. The other thing is movement. You got to move and you have to sweat. The weight will fall off.

@daveasprey Guy was like 190-200. He lost like 40-50 pounds no where near what he claims.

@daveasprey Absolutely wrong - half a gram of protein per lb of goal weight, not your current weight - try plant-based eating and you won't go back, focus more on fiber than protein

@daveasprey so a 200lb person needs to eat 3 POUNDS of beef per day which is about 3500kcal. lol
