How to shop for chicken 🍗

Good chicken is a unicorn. Finding it is so unlikely when you do you don't believe it.

This is how we work! My phone is on and I take emails, texts, phone calls, etc. our chicken is air chilled and we even ferment / soak the feed to increase nutrient absorption. Anyone can call and I’ll answer / call back. We also offer tours so people can see exactly how we raise our broilers free range.

I have never once seen an air chilled chicken in a grocery store. I haven't even found corn/soy free eggs OR chicken. I just avoid chicken, which sucks.

It is crazy to me we even put chicken in chlorine baths like that.

You should have Paul’s recommendation places! I don’t think there is a butcher around where J live that has that kind of chicken.
