Nah, this can’t be real. Same GPT-5.6 Sol. Same task. Same thinking level. I switched from regular Codex to the Claude Code harness, and the result instantly became way better. Claude Code is somehow making every model cook. GPT-5.6 SOL WAS ALREADY TOP TIER!! 😭

I open-sourced the Sylva three.js site and the skills behind it. I started with one reference and asked Opus 5 to recreate it in Three.js as a single HTML file (looped for 2 hours). The moss root is procedural geometry with around 130,000 instanced blades, and all the code is under 1 MB. You can just tell Claude Code to learn skills and it will. I asked Claude to create an app that uses tldraw and it one shotted it with sqlite db, and then I asked Claude Code to create a skill so that it could read and write on the canvas. 10 minutes later it could do it. Weirrrrdddd times.

Skills allow you to extend Claude Code in new ways using pre-packaged instructions and code. For example, add the docx skill to let Claude Code create word documents. I think skills make Claude Code even better as a general purpose agent, I'm excited to see how you use them!

Turns out teaching the AI Coding Agents what's your preferred way of implementation(a.k.a Claude Skills) gives much better results. 😇 Took all the guidelines from my "Spring Application Architecture Design Patterns" samples and created file and asked Claude to generate a new application. Claude followed most of those patterns as expected 😍 Earlier I used to Vibe Code and then spend some time unvibing(cleaning up) the generated code. With these Skills given to Claude, now I no need to spend too much time for cleaning up the code. 🚀
