I always start leg day with leg extensions too! I love leg extensions. They are possibly my favorite leg exercise, tied with hack squad, of course 😂

Makes such a big difference before hitting the squat rack eh.

For a "medium" weight day, I always start with leg extensions because the later I wait, the bigger chance the machine is taken. On "heavy" weight days, I always start with the leg press. Both build motivation in me that gets me going and ready to lift.
