Yesterday’s workout didn’t go so well. I must have been tired, my squats felt tight in warmups and I hit my chin with the bar during the OHP. I did manage to pull 300 though in the Rack Pull. May post the bar to chin video later…

I honestly feel like God put me and my son in the right place tonight. We were just walking when like twelve police cars swarmed a car pulling into Popeyes. They jumped out with guns drawn on a young woman who wasn’t doing a thing her hands were already in the air. Then one officer had the nerve to tell me to “make smarter choices,” because if they had accidentally shot my son, it wouldn’t have been their fault. Truth is, if me and my son hadn’t been standing right there, they were about to shoot that woman for no reason. Smh.
