I am sure it may vary by area but I never heard of a law that states your car has to have a license plate on it at all times even when being parked. A group of friends took off the license plate of their car to take pictures. Some cops came by and cited them for it. I don’t think everyone knows about this law, so if I’m say waxing my car and want to take the plate off so I can get to areas around it better, an officer can come by and cite me for it? I know I don’t have to have a front plate anymore and even when I started driving years ago I never kept a front plate on it and only got warnings for it. Maybe these friends are being trivial but have you heard of this? Do you think you should get a ticket if your parked car doesn’t have a plate? Thinking about it, maybe it’s because the plate is an identifying piece of the car, so if anything happens a plate is required for identification purposes. That’s my take on this, I can’t think of any other reason.

This months EV charging costs. £14 to drive around 770 miles. Saving roughly £106 compared to fueling a petrol or diesel car. Over the year it gets even better a saving of £1760 on fuel!🥰 If we add in sunny money now I have solar it'll soon be even less! ☀️⚡️🚗🔋

This gentleman got hit with a bill for his diagnostics before his feet even hit the floor, never sign anything especially if you’re uninsured, there are people that don’t even belong in this country to get their stuff paid for in full, this video clip reminded me of an organization I became aware of sometime ago. Dollar For is a nonprofit that helps folks that are in need pay for hospital bills, if you know someone in need or if you are in a position to donate I put a link to their page in my first comment. 🙏🏻

Guys i took my car to vw Groblersdal for EPC light and the car was loosing power. They charged me R54k and R2k for diagnostics. I paid them in full from January until today my car is not fixed and now i must take it as it is without refund because the parts 'Turbo' is a special order aa . They fail to produce a diagnostic report from January to prove that indeed the problem was a turbo. I save hundreds of pounds fueling my EV instead and filling a petrol or diesel car. I wake up with a full battery and a heated cabin. It reduces my overall energy bill at home too. I don't need me to add loans, depreciation to give an example of savings to cost per mile to give you an idea how cheap fueling an EV is. Your budget will be different to mine and your choice of vehicle too but the price per mile if you get a dedicated EV tariff like Octopus Energy intelligent go will be similar.
