i did it. i vibe-coded my own vibe-noding app⚡️ lately every ai tool has been announcing some kind of node canvas. they’re all impressive in their own way, but each one solves a different problem, with a different logic, in a different universe. some are too technical, some are... too rigid, most feel like they were designed by a backend engineer. so i built the version i actually want to use. over the last few days i hacked this together with Google Gemini and Google Antigravity. the tool is absurdly capable. i didn’t touch a single line of code. the result is a fully working app with smooth ui animations, smart interactions, and a workflow that doesn’t fight me. my focus isn’t on the models. Nano Banana 2 Lite is already strong enough to generate half a universe on its own. and a year from now, we won’t care about model juggling anyway. we’ll have one model doing everything. the real problem is the workflow. the interface. the flow state. so i optimized for that. the whole point is to keep the technical junk out of the way during ideation and iteration. i want to try an idea, branch it, remix it, explore it, all on a single canvas. every block is editable. every idea is forkable. every path is visible. the design isn’t perfect yet. some of the ui patterns are familiar on purpose. good ideas deserve to be stolen. i rushed it. i let a bunch of great ui decisions die for speed. but it works. and honestly, it feels great to use. future of creating is more organic and more fluid. not just chat bubbles. not rigid feeds. but an intelligent canvas where ideas can grow, split, collapse, or evolve without friction. where the environment quietly adapts to your workflow instead of interrupting it. this is my first version. just for myself, for now. but it’s a start.show more

I kind of like Gemini 3.0 Flash in Antigravity. It is fast, and the Browser Subagent works great with it. A few days ago, I asked it to rebuild my website entirely based on the existing codebase. It redesigned everything and tested it too. I did not have much time for iteration, but it was good enough, and I deployed it.

There are now 30+ alternatives to OpenClaw. But, I still have not found one that is as good overall. Why? Because OpenClaw hits the sweet spot. It is smooth. It is easy to use. It comes with its own UI gateway. Some alternatives are more secure, but the UI is worse. Others are more lightweight, but way more technical to set up. OpenClaw has the best balance of power, simplicity, and usability.

SECRET AI POWER TOOL. All modern Apple iOS phones have a a free powerful tool called “Recorder”. Not only is it a great way to take “notes”, it is a great way to get text to train your AI mode on your ideas, questions or statements. The built-in speech-to-text I use hourly. In fact this posting was made this way last night while I was driving. I also have been carrying a full off-Internet local voice memo device for decades for all of my audio interactions (WITH PERMISSION), not to use as evidence, but to build my high context AI, I call The Intelligence Amplifier. The Recorder app is used by me as a way to make quick snippets of my intentional audio. It is a “secret” to many, but I can say it is one. Very powerful free AI tool. I trained a small AI model on small engine repair by having a 71 year mechanic still working just explain in words everything he is doing over the course of 6 months, just his guiding voice. I hope to one source this. I also use this to send long prompts to Mr. Grok CEO ideas I have in our board of directors meetings. Give it a try. When I am at the gym and I see somebody’s water bottle there or a towel or something. I know they just stepped away for a moment and that the machine is occupied. Out of respect I won’t move it out of the way only for them to come back and have to explain themselves anyways. This young lady on the machine left her water bottle on it because she stepped away for a moment to use the restroom only for somebody else to come by and try to use it in her place. Would you have understood the etiquette or is it just a free for all? When I first started working out I was unfamiliar with the gym etiquette. Some people just got done with a hard set and need to stand up and walk for a few moneys or get a drink of water and they use it as their rest period so that they can go back at it. Interrupting that process is the same thing as booting them off the machine mid workout. It’s rude and uncalled for but why does it keep happening? I think what it is, is that some people are very judgmental, they see others and think that they are more serious about working out than the other person so that to them it means they are entitled to use it first because their workouts are more important. I used to let them do that to me but no more. I treat it as first come first serve, if they don’t want to wait then maybe they need to avoid the gym during peak hours. This is the very reason I work out in the middle of the night most of the time. I rather not be bothered and if I need to take my time I can, most of the time nobody else is even there anyways when I go.

Can we call this AI directing? 😂 Seedance 2.0 with the Omni Reference feature honestly feels like a total game changer. Summer Trip is one of my film which I made used Omni Reference, not only start frame anymore and for the first time, it genuinely feels like I’m directing the AI instead of just prompting it. The reasoning in Seedance 2.0 is seriously impressive. It understands intent in a way that feels collaborative. Of course, in production it still needs proper touch-ups in post, grading, timing, polishing details, but the foundation it gives is strong. Like it or not, we’re already here. And to be honest, my workflow has to evolve too. I can’t approach this the same way I did before. It’s less about generating random shots and more about guiding, refining, and thinking like a director from the start. Personally, I see this as a shift, not replacing filmmaking, but reshaping the role of the filmmaker. Now the question isn’t “Can AI make it?” but “How well can you direct it?”

just dropped my first video in a 5 part series where we build a full travel planner app on Replit and i am so excited 🌍✈️ as a software engineer, design has always felt a little out of reach for me. like i had all these ideas in my head but turning them into something that actually looks good was a whole other skill set. but the Replit Canvas genuinely changed that for me. my favourite way to use the Canvas is to bring in reference images and websites to help me to create designs! in this first video we jump into the Canvas, explore design directions for our travel app, and apply a final look to a real working app. it is so fun i promise. go watch it and let me know what you think 🎨👇

Ever since I wired Claude Code to WhatsApp 3 weeks ago, I built a stupidly large infra around it. I mean, opus built it. No clue how the code even looks. The entire thing was vibe coded using my phone. I wanted to see how far I could push it without touching the computer. Everything via WhatsApp. Build what I need on the fly. So the resulting infrastructure will already be battle tested for software development. The entire thing was streamlined with nearly no manual interventions, everything was communicated via WhatsApp using a single script establishing this connection. If the script is down, I need to get home to start it again to resume the development. Claude was upgrading it, debugging it, restarting it while maintaining constant uptime so it could keep communicating with me. I stressed Claude about it, telling it that it will be “in the dark” and other words that deliberately sound scary about losing communications if the script dies. I also refused git and refused cloning the code, I wanted to see Claude adapting to work on a *LIVING* system. The way this whole thing works: Claude has its own dedicated phone number that I am paying for. A real WhatsApp account for it is installed on a real iPhone that is sitting on my desk. All is registered under my name, this is legit setup with no hacks and tricks. I’ve set up a WhatsApp “Community” and multiple different groups under it. Both me and Claude are the admins, so Claude could edit it on my behalf. Each group is a project I am working on and has its own isolated context. The Group description is a system prompt that gets auto-appended to the larger system prompt explaining this setup in general. When I send a message it’s an instant interrupt to Claude Code’s process, just like in the terminal. Voice notes are seamlessly transcribed with a local Whisper model. Images are used with multimodal reading in an isolated parallel session. Multiple groups running in parallel so I can work on all projects at the same time. No cross-talking, everything has an isolated context and history. And because it’s local on my own machine: Everything is REAL. The browser is REAL. I am connected as myself on it to all services because I actually use it in real life. Claude has unlimited internet access, just like humans who use actual browsers. It utilizes custom-made browser tools that I made to control any browser session it wants. Depending on the situation, it can either connect to my existing session or create one for its own. (You can tell it ‘look at my browser for a sec’ then talk about the current page you are on and it just works, pretty cool) My custom browser tools are not perfect (not by a long shot) but I managed to make them work well to the point they are somewhat reliable. This gives Claude full access to my real creds and all the services I actually use. I’m productive AS HELL with this. It really feels like a personal assistant. I ask it to read my emails and msgs, check x .com for news, research arxiv papers, write code, run experiments for me, investigate and reverse engineer github repos, even use my credit card and order things. [I try not to do this one a lot lol so far no disasters]. All from my phone. Super convenient. This is not a product or an open source project (maybe soon of it will make sense). This is just an ugly script I hacked the entire thing is ~600 lines. (ok maybe i did look at the code, but i swear i didn’t edit!) You can also vibe code this from scratch pretty fast and it will probably even end up better. This is just a cool thing so I’m sharing. It is a real speed booster for many things I do on daily basis, mostly boring things. Forcing my routine into some new “agent platform” just didn’t feel right for me. WhatsApp is where I already communicate and look for messages, so I decided that my agents will live there too. AGI in my pocket 24/7.

Kimi K3 dropped 3 days ago and i already used it to build my own PUBG the model that just took the number one coding spot on earth and it runs on a free tier no team no engine i just fed it free open models and assets that are already public and told it what i wanted it built the entire game itself the shooting the recoil the hit detection all of it came straight out of the model i barely wrote a line what youre watching here is the deathmatch mode and its already live battle royale is next im deep in it and the graphics get reworked right after i know it looks raw right now i wont pretend otherwise but the endgame is a build that runs perfect on phones and the moment its on mobile you drop ads in and it earns on its own the part that still gets me is my whole cost for this was a single subscription

Pragmata Review | No spoilers That is it for me. I played more than 30 hours of Pragmata and I am really happy that not only we finally got this game after so many delays and in a time where cancellations are common, but also that it turned out to be a very solid and enjoyable experience. Visually it is beautiful, and gameplay wise it works well for the length it has. It is not a long game, which I personally prefer, and I hope we see more titles like this instead of games trying to be longer just for the sake of it. I would not call it short like some people did, but I think it is exactly as long as it needs to be. Story wise, it is my favorite of the year so far. Seeing this kind of father and daughter dynamic again made me want to play more games with similar themes. I did almost everything in the game and I absolutely recommend it. If you are unsure about the length, maybe wait for a sale, but quality wise it deserves to be up there. I am not someone who rushes, so it took me longer because I admire the environments, take screenshots, record videos, and try to find collectibles without guides. For someone who just plays straight through, I think it would take around 12 to 15 hours, maybe a bit more or less. This is the kind of experience I want to see more often in the gaming space. I liked the combat and I think the enemy variety is fine for the length. If the game was longer without adding new enemy types, it would probably feel repetitive, but for what it is, it works. My biggest concern before playing was the combination of Hugh’s shooting and Diana’s hacking. If it was too complicated, it would be annoying, and if it was too simple, it would be boring. Thankfully, it ended up being exactly right. My only real complaint is that you need to return to the base to restock items, and when you die, the game sends you back there instead of placing you right before the area or at the last travel point you unlocked. It is not a huge issue, but it breaks the flow a bit. Diana is very cute and does her part extremely well, and Hugh is a character that is hard not to like. They both nail the dad simulator vibe. The voice acting is great, especially for Diana. Capcom delivered a unique and impressive new IP, which is always welcome in an industry where big publishers mostly rely on established franchises instead of taking risks. Whether we get more entries in the future is up to them, but it is also up to us to support games like this if we want more of them. On PC the game runs very well. The only thing that felt a bit underwhelming to me is the ray tracing when you use it on its own without path tracing. In some areas it does not add much, similar to what I noticed in Resident Evil Requiem. It makes me think it is either something with the RE Engine or simply that Capcom does not push ray tracing that far and focuses more on path tracing instead. Path tracing looks incredible, but of course it comes with a heavy performance cost. Something that impressed me throughout the entire playthrough is how consistent the game feels from start to finish. There is no point where it suddenly drops in quality or feels rushed. Every area has its own atmosphere, the pacing stays steady, and the game never tries to drag itself out longer than needed. It is rare to play something that stays this steady all the way through, and that alone made the whole experience even more enjoyable for me. I hope we get a DLC or a sequel one day, but even if this stays a one off, I am happy with what we got. Rating: 9/10

AI instead of UI The last few years radically changed how we think about digital products & product design process in general. What we are witnessing right now is a transition where AI is no longer just a feature; it is becoming the infrastructure of interaction. For decades, UI design was rooted in the concept of “Happy Path,” a series of static, linear screens (routes from A to B) designed to funnel users toward a goal. This “one-size-fits-all” approach assumes that all users have the same mental model, which is far from the truth. The rise of AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini is showing that we are moving into an era of Generative Interfaces. Back in 2019, Gleb Kuznetsov and I were working on the concept of morphing Interface, the idea of a UI that adapts its structure based on user intent. The great thing about this UI is that it was highly dynamic: different users saw different content/contextual actions based on their behavior. This concept was crazy in 2019, but it is highly relevant to the modern state of the product design process. And I strongly believe that it represents the future of UI design. We will move beyond the “AI chatbox" crutch Yes, many products today treat AI as a sidecar (think of Copilots or chatbots pinned to the side of a traditional dashboard), but this is a transitional phase. Why? Because adding a chat window to a 20-year-old software layout is like putting a jet engine on a horse-drawn carriage. That's why the future isn't "AI as an add-on"; it is AI as the Operating System. AI will power generative interfaces that are rooted in anticipatory design: UI won’t wait for a command; it will surface tools based on the user's current environmental context and historical behavior. This evolution changes the very nature of product design, and we will move away from designing pages/screens and toward designing systems of logic.

What we are witnessing right now is a transition where AI is no longer just a feature; it is becoming the infrastructure of interaction. This “one-size-fits-all” approach assumes that all users have the same mental model, which is far from the truth. I’m so sorry but this is the new worst Mega design out of EVERY Mega IMO. Never liked Floette,this was a chance to make it more epic,or at the very least just make its actual face or body a bit different…instead they just give it a bigger,more boring flower I havent beat the game yet and I know this is a Mega exists for the story, but it doesn’t matter. This design and its animations below is what we get and it’s just so uninteresting and uninspired. Sure it’s the same concept as Mega Kangaskhan…but worse. Only the flower Mega Evolves but the flower isn’t a pokemon, it doesn’t have a character or a face (or a good animation to demonstrate its own sentience). I get that it’s because it’s following the whole Floette line gimmick of just their flowers changing. But it’s just not good. I would’ve at least preferred that it evolved into Florges gained a new color and then its Mega would just gain this same flower🤷‍♂️ The shiny is bad too lol

here's what i vibecoded today: punchingface 🥊 an app to make Hugging Face models fight each other on coding and canvas challenges, built with qwen3.6 35b a3b in 24 hours! benchmarks numbers don't mean anything anymore, we need a way to visualize what the models are actually capable of, and canvas are one the best way to showcase it imo. why? because one single error in the code and everything breaks it shows the differences in a matter of seconds, way easier than manually reviewing the quality of the code produced for a complex project; much needed in the space with all the new finetunes dropping everyday! i did a little demo here with qwen3.6 vs qwopus glm 18b merged, the frankenstein model from Kyle Hessling the winner is clear here, qwen is crazy good and has nothing to prove. that said, qwopus 18b isn't terrible at all; the result isn’t the prettiest to the eye, but hey… it works! i've seen so many models just output a blank page (completely non-working code) so this is already a win frankenstein talks and thinks but he needs some extra brain surgery 🧠 results were expected (it's a very experimental model) but love the effort in the 18b direction from jackrong and kyle! the app was entirely vibecoded with qwen3.6, i didn't edit a single file manually. i can say with confidence that it really has the intelligence of claude sonnet 4.5 at a speed of 125tok/s on an rtx 5080 which models should i make fight next?

I built a multiplayer embroidery sampler for the internet. It's called Common Thread. 🪡 Built the entire thing in Figma Make, first thing I've ever vibecoded with it. Every visitor gets a patch on a shared canvas. You pick a thread color, choose a stitch type, and craft your art. A sampler is a piece of fabric where you practice and collect different stitches — a reference guide and playground in one. They were meant to be passed between hands and added to over time. Common Thread is that, but the fabric is infinite, the UI is whimsical, and the hands are anonymous. The part I love most: you can snap any section with a draggable embroidery hoop and export it, framed. i love how Figma Make is a kind of tool that lets you focus on what something should feel like, not how to ship it. This is probably the most complex workflow I’ve ever built, only with open-source tools. It took my 4 days. It takes four inputs: author, title, and style; and generates a full visual animated story in one click in ComfyUI . I worked on it for four days. There are still some bugs, but here’s the first preview. Here’s a quick breakdown: - The four inputs are sent to LLMs with precise instructions to generate: first, prompts for images and image modifications; second, prompts for animations; third, prompts for generating music. - All voices are generated from the text and timed precisely, as they determine the length of each animation segment. - The first image and video are generated to serve as the title, but also as the guide for all other images created for the video. - Titles and subtitles are also added automatically in Comfy. - I also developed a lot of custom nodes for minor frame calculations, mostly to match audio and video. - The full system is a large loop that, for each line of text, generates an image and then a video from that image. The loop was the hardest part to build in this workflow, so it can process either a 20-second video or a 2-minute video with the same input. - There are multiple combinations of LLMs that try to understand the text in the best way to provide the best prompts for images and video. - The final video is assembled entirely within ComfyUI. - The music is generated based on the LLM output and matches the exact timing of the full animation. - Done! For reference, this workflow uses a lot of models and only works on an RTX 6000 Pro with plenty of RAM. My goal is not to replace humans, as I’ll try to explain later, this workflow is highly controlled and can be adapted or reworked at any point by real artists! My aim was to create a tool that can animate text in one go, allowing the AI some freedom while keeping a strict flow. I don’t know yet how I’ll share this workflow with people, I still need to polish it properly, but maybe through Patreon. This might be the best "AI Engineer" I've tried so far. I'm an old school developer who started 30 years ago. I feel very uncomfortable letting AI take control of my code, but for the sake of science, I spent two hours building an application that took me weeks to build a couple of years ago. I used Pythagora, a brand new tool backed by Y Combinator. They just released to the public. Keep in mind that I use AI every day to write code, but Pythagora is something different: it's a tool that leads, and uses you—the human—as the copilot. I go into more details in the video, but here is the TLDR; 1. Holy molly! We've made a ton of progress on this front! This is way better than Devin when I tested it a few months back. 2. Love the approach of generating a plan with sub-tasks before writing any code. 3. The tools never tries to do too much: it tackles every small task one at a time, and gives you instructions so you test everything. 4. It does exactly what you'd do when it gets stuck: writes a bunch of logs and uses those to correct itself. Pretty neat! 5. It's fast. It runs locally. It's an extension to Visual Studio Code. I'm impressed, but I don't think this tool is for me. I'm not the type of developer who's ready to relinquish control. I felt I had no connection with the code because I didn't write it. It was not my code. I know many people who don't care about this. I know many people who will get tremendous value out of Pythagora. I hope they keep pushing the limits, providing feedback, and helping this get to a point where old folks like me feel more comfortable using it. Don't take my word for it. The best thing you can do is to give it a try and see how you feel using it. Thanks to the team who built this, for all of the explanations and support, and especially, for sitting and listening to my dumb questions for 2 hours while I tested this.

Here is the first look of the Financial Model for Pakistan Stock Exchange we have built. At this moment, I don't know if it will be successful or not. Yet it's backtesting has given promising results. I believe it is real time and future testing that matters the most. To make it transparent, I will keep on updating on "X" the top picks from the Model. I request you not to invest a single money based on it's results because it is in the early stage. Every feedback from your side would be highly encouraged. The problem was that investors only see MARI, FFC, ,OGDC PPL, MEBL, Luck like companies because they are mainstream. But remember that there are 457 listed companies and there are some hidden gems that are usually missed by retail investors like us. One such example was SSOM that just exploded in few weeks. Thats why, the purpose of the model was to find those companies that have a lot of potential but are not covered by any brokerage house and yet there results are excellent. Based on this model, some time back, I added positions in companies like AGIL (Agri Autos) SPEL (Synthetic Papers ltd), NATF (National Foods), KSB Pumps, Treet. Because scores of all these companies is excellent. They remained stagnant for long time so my conviction on the model was also declining. But it were last two weeks that made a difference and so was my own conviction on this model. Big names like Wealth ⚡️ Wise Value Investor Doctor in PSX Tayyab 🇵🇰 are already aware of it. On Thursday I added HCAR. I will keep you updated just for testing purpose I again repeat not to invest. I will risk my own money. If it is successful, we intend to make a website where you all have access to this data. How it works and how to read it, I will explain it to you in a separate thread.
