In a worldwide survey, Gym Bros were asked ‘What exercise satisfies them the most’ An overwhelming 77% remarked ‘Wide Grip Pull Ups’ I am not surprised.

Find me the guy that says: “I can do 20 Pull-Ups, bro!” Make him do Pull-Ups like Rob is doing here His 20 Pull-Ups have now become 4 Pull-Ups Many such cases

Sometimes people tell me pull-ups are easy for me because I only weigh 145lbs So then I attach 50lbs to my body to see how it feels being 195lbs and still do pull-ups I also need a decent weight belt again

- Weighted pull ups - Seated cable rows - Wide grip pull down - Single arm lat pulldown - Machine chest supported row or T-bar row 2-3 sets. 0-2 RIR. 2x per week Pull narrow for lats. Pull wide with arms flared for upper back. Use vertical and horizontal variation for both.

Imagine taking ‘discipline’ advice from men who look like this 🫃 Unfortunately, most ‘men’ on this app Or you can rock with Team Bull Strong Healthy & Wealthy: Easy 20 wide grip pull ups during my Saturday Murph 1 Mile run. 100 pull ups. 200 push ups. 300 squats. 1 Mile Run.

How many pull ups can you do? Today I did 15, decent reps. On chin-ups I can probably hit a bit more. I think I can add one rep a week and get to 30 if I focused on it - haven’t done these in months! Wanna start a pull up challenge? Post your pull ups here and let’s keep it going!

11:24. Pull ups cooked me. I thought I was being smart by trying to do one at a time with no kipping. By the end I had nothing left for these. Push ups were cake. Key to a good time is probably just focusing on pull ups to train.

We are going to grab the Red Sea like we grab pull-up bars, all things are possible through strength. Wide grip pull-ups, 220lbs of Ethiopian muscle. Askari Eritreans will ask Grok if this is AI generated, and then delete the question after they see the answer.
