Not only are ICE and Border Patrol agents unlawfully arresting people… assaulting them… violating the Constitution… They’re now straight-up committing theft. In Salem, Oregon, ICE agents stole a woman’s wallet and keys. The video shows a man stepping out of an unmarked car with an assault rifle. As the woman backs away… still filming… he yells at her. Then another agent opens the opposite door of her car, reaches in, and takes her keys and wallet. Both agents jump back into their vehicle and speed off… leaving her stranded in the middle of the road, her car disabled, and her property stolen. All on camera.

A U.S. citizen was forcibly removed from her car by federal agents in Key Largo, Florida on Wednesday after she refused to present her driver's license and roll down her window when stopped, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said. She was placed in a patrol vehicle while agents searched her car, located her driver's license and confirmed she was a U.S. citizen. She was then released.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents pulled guns on an unarmed U.S. citizen in a small Minnesota town… then had to be stopped by the local police chief. This happened in St. Peter, Minnesota. A quiet southern Minnesota town A local woman was alone in her car, observing and recording ICE activity in her community. She is doing something that is fully protected under the First Amendment… observing and documenting federal agents in public. ICE notices her watching. Three federal vehicles begin chasing her, and try to force her to pull over. They eventually box her car in and three agents jump out of the vehicle in front of her… with their guns drawn… screaming at her to get out of the car. She refuses, and states her rights. The agents open her car door anyway, drag her out, force her to the ground, and handcuff her. This is all happening while she is unarmed, and alone on a country road. She suffers cuts, scrapes, and bruises as they pin her down. Her husband then arrives and starts recording. He tells them they don’t have a warrant and cannot search her car. An ICE agent dismisses him outright and says, “I’m not getting into the legality of everything.” Read that again. A federal agent, pointing guns at civilians, openly says they are not concerned with legality. ICE puts this woman into their vehicle and starts driving her toward the Twin Cities, toward a federal detention facility… even though she is a U.S. citizen. About twenty minutes into the drive, they suddenly turn around after getting a call from a supervisor. The St. Peter police chief stepped in. After her husband contacted an attorney and spoke with the police chief, the chief identified the vehicle ICE was using, took custody of the woman, and personally drove her home. ICE turned her over to local police because what they were doing was so clearly wrong. This is what is happening in America. A small-town police chief had to intervene to stop federal agents from disappearing an unarmed woman for observing them. If ICE feels comfortable pulling guns on unarmed citizens in small towns, chasing them, throwing them to the ground, and ignoring the law entirely, then no town is too small and no one is safe from ICE brutality. This is what it looks like when federal agents think they’re above the Constitution.

🚨 BREAKING: Today in Aurora, a Chicago suburb, ICE agents surrounded the car of a U.S. citizen in a parking lot… firing into her windshield as she screamed that her children were inside. Agents then dragged her from the car without presenting a warrant or probable cause. Excessive force. No warrant. No justification.

🚨 Videos don’t lie. So here is slow-motion footage shows ICE agents illegally detaining a U.S. citizen in Minneapolis… and shooting her as she tries to drive away. Watch closely: she never drove toward an agent. The agents attempted to aggressively force her out of her car illegally, even though she wasn’t blocking traffic… in fact, she was letting cars pass. When she reversed to avoid them, she turned her wheels away from the agent in front of her. One agent then leaned over the front of her car with his gun drawn… he begins slipping on ice as she tries to drive forward, possibly being the cause of the first shot being fired. • First shot: fired while his feet were on the side of her car, slipping on ice. • Second shot: fired when the car was nowhere near him. • Final shot: fired as she was already driving away. She never tried to hit anyone. She was turning away the entire time. They shot her because she was trying to drive away from an unlawful detention. And this isn’t the first time ICE has used deadly force against someone simply for drive away. It’s just the first time we have video evidence. This is why filming ICE is crucial… and why they don’t want you to. This abuse has to end, now. How many more people will have to die before the government stops ICE from illegally detaining, assaulting, and shooting U.S. citizens?

Aliya Rahman was on her way to the doctor's when ICE dragged her out of her car and detained her. Ms. Rahman is a disabled U.S. citizen, and she made this clear. Still, she was denied medical care and even lost consciousness in her cell. Abolish ICE.

DHS says, “Stop fear-mongering. ICE does NOT arrest or deport U.S. citizens.” Really? Because we have videos proving otherwise. In Florida, ICE/Border Patrol agents illegally stopped a U.S. citizen and demanded her driver’s license. They later claimed she refused to give it to them… even though the stop itself was unlawful and they had no legitimate basis to demand anything. After that manufactured “refusal,” they escalated the encounter: they ripped her out of her car, assaulting her, and arrested her. And after all of that? They quietly released her… because she was a U.S. citizen. But sure… tell us again how ICE “doesn’t arrest U.S. citizens.”

To all of the MAGA Republicans and ICE defenders who are claiming that this woman in Minneapolis, Minnesota, tried to run ICE officers over with her car before they shot and killed her, here is the actual video. As you can clearly see, there are three ICE officers to the side of her car, and she slowly pulls away as they shoot her in the face. This is Trump‘s America.

🚨BREAKING: Another ICE agent threatens to murder a U.S. citizen, after photographing them and inserting their identity into a federal database, this time in Richfield, Minnesota. In the video you can see the agents standing in a parking lot with legal observers filming them. As the agents get into their car you hear the person filming say, “Capture it [my face], get your fucking camera.” And as the ICE agent, with a camera in her hand cataloging people who are watching them, closes the car door, she says: “You’re fucking dead, dawg.” And then she closes her door and they drive away. This isn’t an isolated incident. There are dozens of videos of law enforcement saying things like this, in the past month alone. If agents can snap your photo, log you in a system, and then say they will later kill you, what does that mean for the rest of us? What does it mean when watching the government becomes justification for murdering a U.S. citizen? We are watching a dangerous shift of agents threatening deadly force against people exercising their constitutional rights, and then later using lethal force with impunity… and it must be stopped.

The Minnesota ICE shooting makes it clear -- that she obstructed federal agents, disobeyed lawful orders to get out of her vehicle, and then drove directly towards one of the ICE agents using her car as a deadly weapon.

🚨ICE agents were filmed committing a hit and run AFTER racially profiling and illegally detaining a U.S. citizen. In the video, ICE agents have the man completely boxed in with vehicles, surrounding him on multiple sides while he films the encounter. One of the federal vehicles is backed directly against the front of his car as the man asks who is going to pay for hitting his vehicle… The agents ignore him, get in their cars, and drive away. Think about how insane this is… Federal agents boxed in an American citizen based on how he looked… damaged his vehicle in the process… then fled the scene once they realized he was a U.S. citizen. If a regular person hit someone’s car and then drove away, they would be arrested and charged. But, for ICE agents… it’s just another day.
